Vibe Care is an established health and social care provider that has been operational for over a decade, delivering specialist complex care and workforce solutions across the UK. The organisation supports individuals with high-acuity and complex needs within community and home environments, including those requiring tracheostomy care, ventilation support, spinal injury care, neurological support, learning disability and autism services, and Continuing Healthcare packages.

Its services are delivered through two core divisions. The Recruitment division provides nationwide healthcare staffing solutions, supplying experienced Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Specialist Support Workers to NHS organisations, private healthcare providers and community services. The Homecare division delivers person-centred domiciliary and complex care packages within the community, supporting safe hospital discharges and long-term care in partnership with Integrated Care Boards, local authorities and families.

Vibe Care currently provides homecare and complex community support across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hampshire and surrounding counties, with the capability to mobilise services more widely in response to commissioner, clinical and private client needs.

The Homecare division is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission across both service locations, ensuring care is delivered in line with the highest regulatory, safeguarding and clinical governance standards. Vibe Care operates robust recruitment, compliance and governance systems, enabling the organisation to mobilise skilled teams efficiently while maintaining safe, consistent and high-quality care.

Paterson's Homecare has provided my son with excellent support at all times, the staff that provide his care have regular training programmes throughout their employment.
The team provided for his care are consistent and this helps him with any anxieties that may be present.
He is supported to maintain
the skills he has and to acquire new skills were possible.


We as a family feel very grateful to have the support of management at all times, when a dilemma arises they are always available to contact at short notice, and they will always try to help in any way they can.
I can honestly say that they have provided us with peace of mind which is a great quality in these times.

Very impressed with the home care service provided. They were the only care provider who could offer the service out of the ten contacted. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again when the need arises.
