I am very pleased with Helping Hands in all respects. The carers themselves are lovely & make my Mother happy. One in particular, Carmel goes over & above in many respects & she shows genuine affection for Mom. Nothing is too much trouble. When I call the office I am always dealt with with the utmost understanding, politeness & helpfulness.

We had this company looking after my mom who has dementia and is bed-bound. The company was so supportive we can't express our gratitude towards the two amazing ladies who looked after mom. I would 100% recommend this company.

Thank you all for your support.

Truly amazing staff and organisation!
My father has Alzheimer's and Dementia and requires frequent daily home care visits. There are also added complications but everything is dealt fantastically by three staff who truly are a credit to this company and themselves. Complications and curve balls were expertly handled by professional staff who genuinely care and aren't just going through the motions.
The biggest compliment I can give the staff involved with my father's case is that if I ever suffer a declining health situation I end up with care staff as professional and caring as the staff who deal with my father.

I cannot recommend this branch and its staff enough.

My mum is nearly 93 and has complex care needs, four times a day. She wants to stay in her own home and have caring, trustworthy, happy people around her. Who show excellent care and Helping Hands staff are perfect for the job. As a family our mum deserves the best and needs to be able to smile every day and for us to know she is in safe hands from morning until bedtime. I can highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone looking for care. Thank you.

When your girls first came to look after my Mum we had the same girls and she got used to them, but just the last 10 days we have had lots of girls come to help with her and it's just not working. She makes it difficult for them and for me. The girls that comes to look after her on Wednesday and Friday, we cannot fault her. She is wonderful with Mum and she likes her.
