Unfortunately I have to write this review for other potential service users safety. It was confirmed my dad had E.coli as a result of food not being warmed up as it should be. We caught it on CCTV. My dad was not himself for a number of weeks after being under Kennores care. We were told they'd send in their most experienced staff. So if the staff they sent in were the most experienced I would dread to think what their least experienced members of staff would do. Also, unless you present CCTVF, the manager will say they've done everything they can to provide a good quality of care, this soon changed when the footage was sent. I would just be cautious on the level of care you put in their hands.

Staff are lovely, caring people who go the extra mile if something is needed. I recommend them totally. They are efficient and friendly and helpful. We hope they will be helping far into the future.

The registered manager from Kennores was really personal and easy to chat to. She managed to put a 7-day care package in place for my elderly father with only 24 hours notice. Her communication was excellent and always responded to messages quickly. Her quote for 7 days for a live-in carer was by a mile the most affordable. The male carer she chose had the correct level of experience in dealing with my dad who displayed agitated behaviour. He was a real gentleman, very respectful of our home surroundings and a real tonic for my mum, she smiled for the first time since Dad's diagnosis. Sadly, my dad refused all support but the male carer was an incredible support to family also living with Dad. Although he was supporting from a distance as Dad rejected his help, he made some really helpful suggestions of support when Dad became agitated. I would have no hesitations in recommending Kennores again, a real quality care team, with dedicated staff. They genuinely work hard to meet their clients' needs.

The experience was one of high professionalism. Staff were punctual, efficient, cordial and pleasant. Staff very friendly, ensured client was always comfortable. Delivery of care was quite good. Highly organized establishment.

I would definitely recommend Kennores Healthcare for people looking for trained, supportive and compassionate care staff.

Their training are up to date and also help equip staff to carry out their duty. This agency have a high level of duty of care towards their clients. Care homes are happy with their services.
