Cotswold Community Care have provided a reliable, friendly and caring service for my parents to help them to continue to live at home. All the carers have been compassionate and understanding, following the request of my parents and our wishes and identifying what they can do to best help. It has been very easy to communicate and discuss the care with Cotswold Community Care who have been quick to help with our question ands requests. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
Cotswold Community Care Shipston are caring, professional and responsive. They have been providing weekly care for my elderly mother with dementia, doing home visits and also attending occasional medical appointments etc with her. Mum is not the most straightforward of clients, but carers and office staff are always caring and respectful- I am not sure what we would do as a family without them.
On a number of occasions, it was a carer who made me aware of marks on my body or similar, esp. on areas I cannot see.
My twice weekly showers are very important to me, not only for hygienic reason, but they provide me with a chance of a good chat and a laugh, as I live quite isolated. This aspect cannot be underestimated and I always feel so much better after the carer's visit.
