Platinum Care Cheshire is a small family run company based in Sandbach.

Platinum Care Cheshire have two teams of local staff who have been supporting residents in Sandbach, Middlewich and Haslington since 2016. They pride themselves on providing the highest standard of care possible for their service users. Some of their staff have been with Platinum Care Cheshire since their very first day operating and have continued to grow with the company. Their staff are local to the areas that they cover and receive regular training to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up to date.

The care Platinum Care Cheshire provide ranges from simple check calls to meal preparation, personal care and end of life care. All carers are fully trained and have experience in Complex Care, Dementia Care and End-of Life Care. Their youngest service user is 18 years old and their eldest is 98. Platinum Care Cheshire recognise that everyone's care needs are different so they tailor their home care to suit each persons individual needs.

Platinum Care Cheshire's services include assistance with getting up in the morning and going to bed each night, getting dressed and undressed, assistance with toileting and continence care, prompting and administering of medications, support to prepare meals and monitoring of nutrition and hydration. They provide companionship and light housework as part of a daily service.

They have a dedicated team of carers who support with double handling visits, who are highly experienced in manual handling equipment including mobile hoists, ceiling track hoists and returns.

Platinum Care came to our rescue when we were experiencing very poor quality care from another company.
Mum has settled beautifully with Platinum care. The level of communication with the team is excellent and ongoing. The carers are friendly and chatty with Mum, which she needs because she has Alzheimer's
and needs reassurance, prompting and the stimulus of conversation.
I have been able to relax more, in the knowledge that Mum is being cared for so well, which gives me some respite. They adapt their care according to her changing needs and have got to know her well.

We have used Platinum Care for a number of years, ever since our sons mobility started to worsen. They have always provided excellent care and support to our son and the wider family. The carers always take time to ensure that his needs are met as well as having a chat and sharing a joke with him.

Just want to let you all know how fantastic you have been with Mum.
Things have progressed relating to her disease and is now in residential care. Although Mum was quite complex, fussy, and challenging at times, you have surpassed all expectations in your care.
Your flexible and caring approach has
been second to none. Communication was always made simple and responsive.
Each carer working hard to achieve another's independence, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This agency supported my mum in the last couple of months of her life.
We didn't have carers visiting we had angels. The care staff were amazing not only did they support my mum, they also supported us as a family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the communication between the agency was 1st
class.
Carers were always on time and we, as family, were involved in all decision making. It got to a point that we knew mum's carers well as she always had regular care staff, funny to say this but we looked forward to their visits as it felt like family were visiting. Carers always treated my mum with the utmost respect. I cannot thank this agency enough for the support that we received. Forever grateful this agency deserves a rating of 10 stars.

Mum has used the services of Platinum Care for some time now. The carers are thoughtful, considerate, conscientious and kind. Mum is wholly comfortable with them and there seems to be a small core of team members who regularly attend Mum's needs. This continuity is reassuring for both Mum and the family,
especially as Mum has memory problems. The care team will inform us if medications have not been delivered, or if Mum is running short of personal toiletries etc. As a family, this reassures us, especially as we don't live local to Mum. The only criticism we have is that Platinum Care were unable to provide care where Mum-In -law resides; following recent hospital stay, they were our first choice to facilitate her care needs post-discharge. We have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Care and their care team to anyone and hope their high standards of care provision/communication continue.

The service received has been very good and made me feel more confident to remain safe within my own home. Over the last 2-3 years, I have come to know many of the carers personally and built up a good level of trust and support, particularly important to me as I am registered blind.
