Natalie Shields Job Title: Operations Manager Joined: 2023
Natalie Shields

My Name is Natalie, and I am the Operations Manager/ Nominated Individual. I am married with 2 children and 2 stepchildren. I have been in the care sector for 19 years.

After college, I went to University and gained a degree in Primary School Teaching, although my heart was always in care. In 2012, my mum and I set up a Domiciliary Care Agency and ran it for just under 10 years. During this time, I did my Level 5 Leadership and Management Course too.

In 2021, we sold the company, and I became a Childminder. I did this for 2 years, but I really missed the care; therefore, I joined the team at CM Bespoke Care in 2023 and took the role on as Operations Manager/ Nominated Individual from April 2024, and I absolutely love watching the business grow.

As Operations Manager at CM Bespoke Care, I’m responsible for making sure our service runs smoothly, efficiently, and always with the highest standards of care. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, supporting our care team, and ensuring that every aspect of our service reflects the values we stand for—compassion, dignity, and truly personalised care.

I work closely with both clients and staff to make sure we’re always delivering the best possible support. Whether it’s developing new systems, maintaining compliance with regulations, or stepping in to assist with complex care arrangements, I’m here to keep everything on track behind the scenes.

I’m passionate about creating an environment where our team feels supported and where clients feel genuinely cared for. Being part of CM Bespoke Care means working with people who truly want to make a difference—and I’m proud to help lead that effort every day.

Michelle Lloyd Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2024
Michelle Lloyd

My name is Michelle, and I joined the team in November 2024 as the Registered Manager. I live locally, and I am married with three daughters, Emma, Katie and Lydia.

I have worked in the care industry for 34 years. I started at the age of 19, working in a local Nursing Home, gaining knowledge and experience of the care industry.

I believe that everyone is entitled to excellent quality care when someone requires it. I believe that it is very important to have soft skills as a manager, which are a combination of people skills, character traits and career attributes. I am very passionate about my job and always give 100%.

As the Registered Manager of CM Bespoke Care, I’m responsible for overseeing the quality, safety, and delivery of all the care we provide. I work closely with our clients, their families, and our dedicated care team to ensure every individual receives the compassionate, personalised support they deserve.

My role is to lead and support our team, uphold the highest standards of care, and ensure that we not only meet regulatory requirements—but go above and beyond them. I’m deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the service, from developing care plans to ensuring our team is well-trained, supported, and inspired to provide outstanding care.

What matters most to me is that our clients feel respected, heard, and truly cared for. At CM Bespoke Care, we treat every person as an individual, and I’m proud to lead a team that shares that commitment.

As the HR/Training Manager at CM Bespoke Care, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and staff development to ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. My role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with employment legislation and CQC requirements. I implement a comprehensive training program that supports both regulatory standards and the individual development needs of our care team.

Through effective people management and continuous professional development initiatives, I aim to foster a positive, skilled, and motivated workforce that reflects the values and vision of CM Bespoke Care

Ellen Vernalls Job Title: Care Coordinator Joined: 2024
Ellen Vernalls

My name is Ellen, and I am the Care Coordinator. I have been the Care Coordinator since the beginning of 2024. Being a Care Coordinator is a big responsibility, and no two days are ever the same, but I do like this. My motivation each day is seeing how I make a difference to people’s lives by making sure they have the care package they need in order to stay at home, where they want to be.

As the Care Coordinator at CM Bespoke Care, I’m here to make sure every client receives the highest standard of support, tailored to their individual needs. I work closely with clients, families, and our amazing care team to create personalised care plans that fit each person’s lifestyle and preferences.

I’m usually the first point of contact when someone reaches out to us, and I stay involved throughout their journey to make sure everything runs smoothly. From scheduling visits and making adjustments to care plans, to supporting our carers and keeping families updated—I’m here to ensure that our service remains consistent, compassionate, and professional.

I genuinely care about the people we support, and I understand how important it is to feel safe, listened to, and respected. That’s why I take the time to get to know every client and build a relationship based on trust and understanding.

Being part of CM Bespoke Care means a lot to me, and I’m proud to help make a positive difference in people’s lives every day.
