Excellent service and staff all very friendly and support my needs and wishes all clean and tidy and good personality's I highly recommend you-cas for all your needs including personal care and keeping home up together

You-Cas have been caring for my Mum for a few years now and I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care. Mum has a small selection of wonderful ladies who always arrive on time and work tirelessly while they are with her, preparing meals, helping her shower, wash and dress and ensuring all her needs are met during each visit. All the carers are simply lovely ladies and they have become dear friends to Mum. Sadly Mum is now having to make the next step in her care and is having to move in to a care home but she has managed on her own as long as she has because of the wonderful care and friendship she has gained from the lovely You-Cas ladies. Their management is also immediately reactive and positive and nothing is ever a bother or a problem. They have been consistently helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone starting the search for a home care provider.

The service is very useful for me. It helps me to live independently.

You -Cas have been so supportive and flexible during the past month as we have been waiting for my mother's home to sale and for my mother to move into a care home. As the sale was delayed You Cas were able to be very flexible and as a family we were very grateful. They have always been so supportive and caring throughout our time using this company with a great team of carers and managers.

I have been using U-Cas for my parents care for over 5 years now. Both my parents have Dementia which has been life changing for our family. I know that the care my parents get daily is beyond the call of duty and they are cared for so well by all the different cares. My Parents see the carers that come into the home as extended family and are very comfortable with them. My Parents have 5 visits aday and i know they are getting the best care possible which leaves me with peace of mind when I cannot be there myself.

Mum needed help to get up and shower in the morning and you-cas was highly recommended to me by a dear friend, that had also had you-cas to help her with 3 members of her family and myself and my family have been very pleased, with the care our mum has been receiving from the team and mum says to us all " they are all lovely and can't do enough for you" mum needed a cream for something and I was notified of the problem the same day and I asked mum's doctor, if something could be prescribed! It is so good, to know mum is in good hands! Thank you you-cas team!

I have been very impressed with the support that You-Cas staff have offered to my brother over a number of years now. They are able to offer consistency of support which is a great help and it is clear that they take the time to get to know their clients and work very much on a one to one basis, tailoring the needs. The staff are always very kind and responsive. The communication with me has always been excellent. I have found them extremely reliable and would not hestitate to recommend them.

The management team, lead by Debbie, is another enormous asset, as we often have to ask for last minute sitting services/extra care, and they are always able to find someone to help. It is incredibly reassuring to know that whoever they send will be competent, professional and yet friendly and kind to Mum - and responsive to her needs for drink or food or toileting. This is worth so much to us.

This is the first care agency where we feel that "care" truly means care. For us, as siblings and his family carers, it has allowed us to take a step back and simply be family again, with the reassurance that our brother is safe, valued, and well looked after. We have used YOU-CAS for several years now and the standard of care does not change, all the girls who come in are lovely to my husband who can be difficult at times, especially in the morning to get out of bed. All very kind and patient with him, his main carer goes above and beyond caring for him. So a big thank you to all at YOU-CAS for your help and support, I couldn't do it without you.

My mother and father in law receive a home help service from YOU-CAS. They needed the service to commence quite quickly and the manager put this service in place very quickly. The carer comes on time every week, she is very friendly and provides a great service.

The Manager ensured that service was provided swiftly and she is at hand should we need to ask any questions.

My mother is so pleased with YOU-CAS. She gets on well with all the carers and looks forward to their visits. Her main carer goes above and beyond what you would expect. Nothing is too much trouble. The manager is also very professional and caring. If one of the carers cannot visit on a particular day she will always find a replacement. I, personally, am so grateful to the company.
