Excellent service from this company, nothing is a problem and all staff go above and beyond for our father. He has been having care for a few months and highly recommend. If in doubt use YOU-CAS, you won’t be disappointed.

I got in touch with You-Cas in July 2023, shortly after we had a meeting with the Managers to discuss our family needs. From the first moment, they seemed really kind and genuine. Since then we have been assigned a carer who is absolutely wonderful. She fits in with our family really well and just 'gets' what we need help with and when. It has been absolutely revelatory having the extra help and care. Communication is strong, any changes are known in advance and I just can't recommend this company enough. Absolutely amazing people and team doing outstanding work.

You-Cas was recommended to us and I am so glad we chose them. My mum has dementia and finds change difficult and Dad needs personal care. From the initial meeting, when You-Cas came out to meet me and talk through the family needs, we felt comfortable. They put the care we required in place quickly and efficiently and we have nothing but praise for all the staff. The standard of care is consistently high and the staff are kind and cheerful. The rota is published weekly in advance and a small group of staff were our regular carers, which my parents liked. Communication is quick and efficient and we have no complaints at all. Thank you You-Cas, you make this difficult time a much happier experience.

You-Cas have been attending my husband for the past twelve months. The carers who attend to give personal care, are all extremely professional, friendly and caring and my husband enjoys having a laugh and joke with them, whilst they are in our home. We were rather nervous having carers coming into our home for the first time but once we got to know them all, we were extremely comfortable and they have our full trust. During the pandemic, they have been particularly careful, always wearing their masks, aprons and gloves. The Management team have also been extremely kind and helpful, should I ever need to get in touch with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending You-Cas to anyone who requires personal care at home.

We were thrown into needing home care for our Mum and YOU-CAS managed to fit us on their books. We didn’t know too much about the agency but liked what we read. How lucky we have been with them! All of the carers, men as well as women, have cared for our Mum very well. Not quite a year on, the care is even better. Mum is now very used to having kind and caring people in her home taking care of her daily needs. They talk with her, sing with her and laugh with her. They do their best to get her to eat and drink (but of a prob at the moment)! We, as a family, could not manage without them. We are assured and confident that they look after Mum more like a friend now. They have taken the stress out of a situation we never thought we’d be in and we are grateful.

I have engaged the Services of You-CAS to work for us at the weekends. The care staff that come to my mother are extremely caring and have developed a good rapport with her in a relatively short time. They take time to explain what is happening and ensure she is happy with what is about to happen. The company is a small company, which has meant that the same carers regularly visit my mother. The manager has been in regular contact ensuring care plans are in place and up to date. The manager has also reviewed the service on a regular basis so that should there be any issues they can be addressed sooner rather than later. However, to date, I have had no issues with the care and service provided.

We would definitely recommend this care provider as a caring company.
