We are incredibly impressed by the standard of care our very elderly dad and his wife are receiving. Such meticulous, professional and yet exceptionally warm and friendly carers! It cannot be an easy job but somehow each of them is cheerful and encouraging. We unfortunately live a long way from our dad but we feel very reassured about his care, through both personal observation when we're there and, just as importantly, his own comments when we chat with him between our visits. 5 star treatment!
