Overall Experience
Bluebird Care has given a superb care programme so far.
They have followed personal care with a series of exercises when able. Further physiotherapy will hopefully mean a further exercise regime can continue with the assistance of the carers who are willing and able.

Overall Experience

Carers are polite, smart, and on time. They find time to have a chat with my mum which has helped her during these difficult times as she has at times become lonely. The carers always ensure all mum's needs have been met before they leave her. Having Bluebird Care involved has given the family peace of mind as I know they will contact me if there are any concerns over mum's welfare. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to others.

Mum has been very happy with the service provided and all carers have been very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble! Thank you for everything you do for her.

All the care staff is excellent. I have had some problems with the office staff. The care staff are very efficient and obviously well trained, perhaps just as important, they are pleasant with it.

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care takes care of my mother-in-law with such professionalism and respect. All seem to be very well trained despite the carers being various different ages. They make me and my husband a tea if we are visiting mum which they really do not have to do. She has a number of ailments and can some times be quite rude, the carers never seem to take it personally and remain patient and calm. I cannot fault the carers or the ladies in the office who I speak of mum as if she is a member of their own family, that is all we ever wanted.

Overall Experience

I have found all the ladies very good, polite, helpful and on time (near enough). The office staff have been fine. So far it's working well.

I find the overall standard very responsive and attentive and particular attention is paid to ensuring continuity of staff and their understanding of the current needs - which now change more frequently!

Kellie is a naturally passionate and attentive individual, with a real eye for care.

Since embarking on her career with Bluebird Care, Kellie has successfully established relationships with both customers and fellow care assistants, this has allowed her to match the skills and abilities of the care worker with the needs of the customer, yielding maximum customer and job satisfaction.

Kellie consistently partakes in all in-house training and is currently working towards her QCF/NVQ Level 5 qualification.

I have worked in the care industry since I was 18 years old and I joined Bluebird Care in March 2017 as a care assistant, then progressed to a Senior Care Assistant role and in February 2019, and now I am the office manager. I joined the office team and became the Care Co-ordinator. During my time with Bluebird Care, I have gained my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and currently studying level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care management. I started with Bluebird Care in January 2018 which was my first ever care job! I always thought I could never do care work as I didn't feel the personal care side of things was for me! I'm glad I took the jump, as I've been on some amazing training and the support you receive from the team is outstanding. I feel that since I started working at Bluebird that Care I have found my calling! I love everything about my job (well most of it!) but I really wouldn't be in my job if I didn't enjoy it. The most satisfying part of my job is seeing the customers being as independent as possible within the home and supporting them as required!
