During the 18 months my mother's care requirements increased, and Bluebird were able to respond quickly and efficiently to her changed needs and circumstances. She also suffered 2 falls and an individual carer stayed with her on both occasions to liaise with us and the emergency services, far beyond the requirements of their job role.
We would thoroughly recommend Bluebird. Everyone within the company displayed a high level of professionalism whilst being friendly and always approachable, and we were very grateful for their caring visits to my mother who thoroughly enjoyed their help, support and company.
Thanks for the kind review, Annie. It was a pleasure to be able to contribute to your Mum's care - we expecially enjoyed helping her get back to her Quaker meetings. Best wishes from all of us, and we hope your she is doing well in her new home.
We will definitely be using Bluebird Care if we need help in the future.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. He is delighted to hear that everthing went so well - getting the start of a new care package right is the trickiest and most important part, and it's nice for him, and for all of us, to get recognition for all the work he puts in :)
The service provided by Bluebird for my dad was caring, compassionate and professional and enabled him to stay at home amongst his family during his final days. We were very grateful that they went out of their way to organise support when we needed it so urgently and at such a difficult time.
Thank you for taking the time to pass on your thoughts and feelings to us. It was a privilege to support your family at a challenging time, and we are glad that we were of some assistance.
The level of care is also very good. I have worked in the case profession most of my life and am impressed with their professional approach to their work without losing that personal, friendly touch so important in this line of work.
I can recommend this care provider without doubt and hope to continue having them until there will be no more need.
Dear Andrew, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that you have been satisfied with the care that we have provided. Your feedback means a great deal to us, as it serves as a valuable reminder that we are fulfilling our mission of delivering...
We are very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird. All the carers are kind and attentive and they provide an excellent service. We are impressed by their attention to detail of the daily routine. Our main adjustment to having carers has been getting used to the very early start (7am) and we are waiting on starting at a later time.
We're looking forward to your next visit with us!
Kind regards.
Quality care and remarkable punctuality.
Take care!
Very caring and professional.
Kind regards.
My experience of Bluebird Care has been excellent. The assessment process was in-depth and person-centred. The service was initiated very promptly and professionally. The care delivered to my father was compassionate and kind. The care team were supportive not only to my father but also to myself as we entered his final days. My only regret was that we did not engage Bluebird sooner which would have enabled my father to build relationships with the team and get to know them properly. Each carer who visited treated my father with the utmost care and respect, the support of Bluebird meant that my father was able to end his days with dignity in his own home. Thank you.
Hi Christina, thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback. Our team takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience, and we're glad you feel we do this well! You really made our day today.
Our experience of Bluebird Care has been very positive throughout the period of 18 months when they cared for our aunt at home. All carers were engaging, kind, patient and professional. They handled difficult shifts when our uunt was angry, confused or anxious extremely well. The management of these carers ensured a high level of consistency, with the same carers attending at least fortnightly and there was hardly any staff turnover. It meant so much to our aunt that she saw the same people over and again on three visits per day. The system allowed us to see the rota, the care plan and reports from each visit shortly after its conclusion. As our aunt became more confused, this was more and more important to us.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The care staff who visited your aunt enjoyed the time they spent - even on the occasions when things were more challenging. It means a lot to them to know you are happy with the support we provided, I will make sure this is passed on to them.
Kind regards.
I have been very pleased indeed with the Bluebird Care team following my hip operation and looked upon them more as friends who took such good care of me and would certainly recommend them as carers.
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words. We are very pleased that you were able to form a strong relationship with your care team who all very much enjoyed their visits with you.
The CQC ratings, friendliness and professionalism of the carers convinced us that we made the right choice.
We always wanted to ensure Dad had a quality of life and was treated with dignity and respect. The carers exceeded our expectations so much so, that with their support - he now has domestic care rather than personal care. The continuity of staff means so much to Dad - knowing who is coming to each visit. I cannot thank them enough!
Thank you so much for your lovely kind words. It has been a pleasure to provide support to your father. All of the care team very much enjoy their visits with him and we are very pleased that we have been able to support him to become more independent.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending Bluebird Care.
Thank you so much for your very kind words. We have very much enjoyed supporting your mother and we will miss our visits with her. We wish her all the very best for the future.
The staff in the office always addressed my queries or concerns willingly and promptly.
I know all of the team felt privileged to work with your parents and you through what was a challenging time in everyone's' lives. We were all very impressed with the commitment and diligence you showed when coordinating the support your parents needed, and would love the opportunity for a catch-up with you when circumstances allow.
Excellent service provided for our Dad. The care team that visits the house are very friendly and treats my Dad very well. Always chatting and explaining what is happening and always making sure he is happy.
Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted that our care team are providing excellent service. All of the team very much enjoy visiting your Father as much as he enjoys seeing them.
Very caring, proactive and well trained, responsive, easy to contact with good communication. They have never let us down and as the daughter, they have eased my burden. I totally trust them and find them faultless. I can't recommend Bluebird highly enough.
Thank you very much for your kind words. Visiting your parents is always a pleasure.
The Bluebird team in Stroud & Cirencester have always provided supportive care and personal care for my mother. During the Covid crisis, she had a fall and broke her hip and was released from hospital very early to avoid possible infection. This left us in a position requiring both intensive daytime and night-time care for Mum. The response from the team was overwhelming. They responded quickly and with care for both Mum and the family listening and adapting care requirements during the initial weeks of her being at home. They have provided a level of care above and beyond what was expected, ensuring Mum’s safety, enabling her to remain in her own home. Unlike other companies, we have a regular care team enabling a friendly supportive and trusting relationship to be built. I can not rate the carers highly enough for their patience, friendly demeanours and support.
We are very pleased that this has worked out so well and we have been able to provide the support that was needed. particularly at this time. Everyone really enjoys going to your mum, She was so positive and welcoming and made every visit a pleasure.
After suffering a stroke, we contacted Bluebird Care services as they seemed to have a very good rating.
The manager came and went through a care plan for our needs before mum went home from the hospital, it made things very easy for us at a difficult time and reassured us for the care she could be given at home.
The visits by the care staff provided a friendly and always prompt service, they did a great job, and we are so grateful for their understanding and support.
All paperwork was completed every visit, any situations we needed to be aware of were reported to us and any concerns for mum's health were expressed by the care manager.
We are very grateful to the whole team and would thoroughly recommend them.
After 12 months of home visits, our mum finally accepted that she needed a nursing home to look after her full time and is still doing well.
She always says to us how good the care staff from Bluebird were.
A big thanks.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We very much enjoyed visiting your mum, and the care team will all miss her. We wish her all the very best in her new home.
We had help from Bluebird Care to help my Mum with personal care for about a year. The carers were very reliable, friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give your feedback. Everyone who spent time with your mother enjoyed their time together so much; she was delightful company and always interesting. We all wish her well in her new home!
Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care - they provide an excellent service - flexible and compassionate with an assurance of the highest quality.
I am an 86 year old widower. I do not enjoy good health. My daughter and son-in-law 'keep an eye' on me. Recently they were going on a weeks holiday and were concerned for me being on my own. My daughter mentioned 'Bluebird Care'.I contacted the local office at Stroud and within 24 hours had a home visit - everything was explained to me and I agreed to have a daily visit by one of their carers for the week. I was given a written schedule of the visits, with the names and times of each visit. The arrangements were ideal, the carers were punctual and their presence very reassuring to me and my daughter. I will certainly contact them again and look forward to their visits.
