Special mention to one carer in particular, who has developed a great rapport and shown such care and respect throughout. Always happy and willing to make sure that she is comfortable and content.

She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high-quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
I have been working in care for most of my adult life and I have never felt so rewarded. Having the ability to care for people in their own homes really helps me to go home with a smile on my face every day. Since joining Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator back in 2019, I have progressed to becoming a Care Manager. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been given and feel blessed to know that I will be supporting many more people with remaining independent in their own homes!
I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills but I have learnt much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it is more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
Joined Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping in July 2024, after working in another branch doing Marketing. This is my first time working in care and really enjoy learning the new skills.
