The following up a staff member in the admin team on my initial enquiry was great and showed their professionalism.

From engagement with the supervisors, who have been amazing, to the individual care provided by the carers, has made such a difference.
Special mention to one carer in particular, who has developed a great rapport and shown such care and respect throughout. Always happy and willing to make sure that she is comfortable and content.
So pleased that I made the decision to have Bluebird on board with her ongoing care needs.

Anoop started delivering homecare in the areas of Newham and Tower Hamlet to help support customers in the area to receive homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Delivering the highest quality of home care and support is Anoop’s absolute goal and the team would be delighted to hear from anyone who is seeking home care for themselves or for a loved one, or would simply like to talk to someone about the services we provide.
Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She had worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as an HR manager.
Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs, and ages. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high-quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
I have been working in care for most of my adult life and I have never felt so rewarded. Having the ability to care for people in their own homes really helps me to go home with a smile on my face every day. Since joining Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator back in 2019, I have progressed to becoming a Care Manager. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been given and feel blessed to know that I will be supporting many more people with remaining independent in their own homes!
I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills but I have learnt much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it is more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
Joined Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping in July 2024, after working in another branch doing Marketing. This is my first time working in care and really enjoy learning the new skills.
