Being a POA for an elderly friend can be daunting and scary. The role I have, has been made considerably easier with the support that I have had from the whole team at Bluebird Care.


The following up a staff member in the admin team on my initial enquiry was great and showed their professionalism.


Since

the team have taken over from the NHS provided care, I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the care provided and ongoing communications throughout, I can't fault it.


From engagement with the supervisors, who have been amazing, to the individual care provided by the carers, has made such a difference.


Special mention to one carer in particular, who has developed a great rapport and shown such care and respect throughout. Always happy and willing to make sure that she is comfortable and content.


So pleased that I made the decision to have Bluebird on board with her ongoing care needs.
Thank you for all your help, its greatly appreciated. Recommended !

Blue bird is amazing they give us good service and really good carers they help us when we need them they provide us with important information.All of the staff members are really good they are very respectful and caring.

We are pleased with the service provided. My dad finds the staff pleasant, friendly and caring. If any concerns are raised, things get sorted straight away.

It has been a great experience with the home care provider. The communication has been excellent and the staff have been so accommodating. The carers have also been great, always willing to meet my son's needs so that he has a positive experience going out in the community.

Very helpful and I'm pleased with the way they talk my mum through everything they do they have laughs and jokes with my mum which makes her happy. Very happy with their service, couldn't be happier. Mum always has a smile on her face when she sees the carers walk in. The carers always have a great
chat with Mum. All the office staff are so helpful and are always there if you need them for support. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone, they're 5 star.

Since my father's discharge from the hospital, we as a family, could not have coped without Bluebird Care. This is our third set of carers, we believe that the standard set by Bluebird should be the benchmark for all care in the area.

Having the support of these Bluebird Care Angels has been invaluable, especially during recent times, with lockdown restrictions. Good communication with the carers and management ensured my relative was well looked after. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for ensuring she is well cared for.

As a Rehabilitation Case manager, I frequently find it challenging to source a good care agency that are able to meet both my requirements as well as the clients. Bluebird Care met all the requirements. A four-week package of care/support was provided to a challenging and complex client of mine. I found
communication, across the board, from the first point of instruction to be excellent. And access to digital client notes proved invaluable. Both management and the care team were flexible and amenable to changes in their working hours and approaches due to the challenges this client presented. Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping have proved to be a reliable and efficient care provider that is client-centered as well as being able to work in a joined-up approach with the key professionals in this case which was essential for this client's wellbeing.

My Grandmother is very old now in her 90s. She had a knee replacement. We were reluctant for her to do this at her age but she wanted to do it. It meant she needed help and support during her recovery. Bluebird provided excellent service during this time. They supported her with daily activities such
as baths and getting dressed. As well as making sure she was completely safe at home when the family was not available. I would recommend them and appreciate all the help they provided. She is now up and about on her own and I feel she wouldn't have recovered as quickly without the care and kindness of the Bluebird team. Thanks guys.

My husband and I used Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford and Wapping to care for my father in law who was towards the end of his life with terminal cancer. The management team and carers went above and beyond to ensure my father in law had the best care he possibly could. Communication was excellent
if there were any changes taking place. It was a good weight off my shoulders just knowing they were there for additional support.
