Tereen Ltd

I had excellent care from Tereen. The carers were patient. Nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed their intelligent conversation. They were attentive to all aspects of my daily living and overall quality of life. They treated me with respect and dignity. They helped me with many problems and difficulties, from practical to philosophical. They were empathic and non-judgemental. Excellent staff training was evident in the superb delivery of care; human kindness came from the high quality of people employed. Management was accessible, responsive and very obviously cared about the quality of their service. The carers were extremely competent in dealing with complex illness, especially medically unstable diabetes. They often recognised when I was becoming unwell before the diabetic nurses did. They made efforts, way beyond the bounds of duty, to liaise with all parties involved in my care. When I moved to another area Tereen was unable to cover that area. I miss them. They brightened my days.

Since my Mother has started to receive home care from Tereen Ltd we have been very pleased with the service provided. The carers are all so good, respectful, friendly and cope so well with my mother's changing needs. Contact with the Tereen team at the office are also very good. The carers also arrive within the timescales as we requested. Overall very happy with the service.
