Overall Experience

St Elizabeth have been supporting our mother for over a year, their consistent and compassionate approach is excellent. It feels Mum is being looked after by friends, rather than a service. They have adapted the care they provide to mum's condition which is done in consultation with us. There have been occasions when staff have gone above and beyond which has also been appreciated. We cannot thank them enough.

The staff my son has are outstanding and could not be better. They are kind, attentive, creative, reliable and keen to learn.
The manager is also very supportive and promotes consistency of care staff.

The only difficulty has been in finding new staff for my son, who is very complex.

Reply from Alison Holmes, Registered Manager at St Elizabeth Care Agency

Thank you for the review. We know how hard it is to find staff for complex needs, and we will only introduce people who are the absolute right match for him. Finding the right fit is too important to rush. We are glad to hear your sons current team is working out well.

The Carers look after Mum so well. They keep her and her home spotless, cook nice meals and always have plenty of friendly chat with her.
She has become very attached to all her Carers and looks forward to their visits .

There is always someone at the end of the phone being it in office or after hours to help with anything needed. FABULOUS !

Overall Experience
My elderly father was extremely negative about having carers coming in to his home, but as soon as care commenced he and my mother were more than happy to have St Elizabeth Homecare ladies helping them.

On the whole, the carers are well trained, polite, friendly and efficient with the service they provide.

Reply from Alison Holmes, Registered Manager at St Elizabeth Care Agency

Thank you so much for sharing this. We know how hard it can be for someone to accept help in their own home at first, so it's wonderful to hear that your dad and mum felt comfortable with the team so quickly. We really appreciate your kind words about our carers being friendly, polite, and well-trained. I'll be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to the whole St Elizabeth Homecare team!

We have been using this agency for around two years. There is a lot of high quality care provided by this agency. If there are any hiccups then they are approachable and responsive. They are very trustworthy, which is vital. I recommend this agency to those needing to organise care. Thank you.

Our Home Carers
Our Home Carers Job Title: Home Carers Joined: 2013

Our Home Carers are at the heart of what we do.

We take care to recruit people who bring kindness, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting others. Experience and training are important, but just as important is the way our carers treat people—with respect, patience, and warmth.

We place a strong emphasis on creating a supportive, family-like environment for our team. We believe that when carers feel valued, supported, and listened to, they are able to provide better, more consistent care. This focus on support and development also helps us retain experienced carers, which in turn brings continuity and familiarity for the people we support.

Many of our clients are supported by the same familiar carers, helping to build trust, reassurance, and strong relationships over time. Our team is encouraged to take pride in their work and to always approach care with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.

Every visit matters, and our carers make a real difference in helping people feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own homes.
