Alison has been a valued member of our team since 2013, when she joined the agency as a part-time Home Carer while also working full-time as a Housing Manager. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership led to her progression into the role of Deputy Manager before becoming Registered Manager in 2024.

Having worked directly with clients in their own homes, Alison understands the importance of delivering personalised, dignified care that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. Her frontline experience gives her a genuine appreciation of the positive difference compassionate, person-centred care makes to both clients and families.

Alison holds a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. She is committed to continuous professional development and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across the service.

As Registered Manager, Alison leads by example, working closely with clients, families, and the care team to ensure every care package is tailored to individual needs and delivered with dignity, respect, and consistency.

Gemma joined our team in 2017 as Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, working part-time following the birth of her first child. With previous experience managing a domiciliary care service for a disability charity, she brought valuable leadership and sector knowledge to the organisation before progressing to Deputy Manager in 2024.

Gemma is passionate about building and supporting a strong, dedicated care team, recognising that outstanding care starts with recruiting, developing, and retaining the right people. She holds a CMI Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and is currently studying for an ILM qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.

As Deputy Manager, Gemma works closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered, while helping to create a positive and supportive working culture.

Emma joined the agency in 2015 as a Home Carer and, after many years of providing compassionate, person-centred support, progressed to the role of Care Coordinator in 2025.

Having frontline experience in care, Emma understands the importance of tailoring support to each individual’s preferences, routines, and choices. She is committed to ensuring care packages are responsive, flexible, and delivered at preferred times wherever possible.

Emma is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and is known for her caring approach, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile for clients and families.

Wendy joined the agency in July 2025 as a Client Services Coordinator and has recently progressed into the role of Care Team Manager. She brings previous experience in domiciliary care, giving her a strong understanding of both clients’ needs and the realities of delivering care in the community.

Wendy is passionate about leading and supporting the care team, with a focus on practice leadership and maintaining consistently high standards of care. She works closely with carers to provide guidance, support, and encouragement.

Known for her warm and friendly approach, Wendy builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues and is committed to ensuring care is delivered with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

Leanne joined the agency in March 2024 as a Home Carer and, through her dedication and understanding of client needs, progressed to the role of Client Services Coordinator in November 2025.

Leanne continues to provide hands-on care while supporting the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. She plays an important role in ensuring care is delivered consistently and in line with individual needs and preferences.

In addition, Leanne is the agency’s dedicated Medication Trainer, supporting staff to build confidence and competence in safe medication practices.

Leanne also works closely with clients and families to keep care plans accurate, up to date, and responsive to any changes, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
