JLKare and Support Ltd

I enjoy meeting up with other clients. I think my support staff do a good job to help me look after my home and go out places. I would like to see management more because it makes me happy and helps to keep me on track.

JLKare provided care visits as well as extra visits to keep my mum company when her mobility was seriously impaired. They were very caring and truly cared for her as though she was family, going above and beyond to meet her needs and look after her. We're very grateful to the whole team.

Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JLKare, and we feel my father is in good hands.

The last call to put Dad into bed is quite early at times, and he may not be ready to get into bed, but understand that this needs to fit in with other calls that they have to do.

Now I can honestly say, JLKare has helped me more than I could ever have imagined. The management and support workers actually care, which has helped me grow and have more independence. I still have off days, but staff are there to support me and get me back on track. I will continue to grow with this company.

JLKare has always provided very personalised service for my daughter. The care team genuinely understand my daughter's particular needs and works in partnership with us to ensure her well-being at all times.

I've been a client with JLKare for nearly 4-years, and I have had the best time so far. I am enjoying going out and about, and I also like doing my volunteer work at a charity shop and now have my independence time while I'm at the shop. Staff have helped me get to where I am now.
