Overall Experience

I enjoy meeting up with other clients. I think my support staff do a good job to help me look after my home and go out places. I would like to see management more because it makes me happy and helps to keep me on track.

Overall Experience

JLKare provided care visits as well as extra visits to keep my mum company when her mobility was seriously impaired. They were very caring and truly cared for her as though she was family, going above and beyond to meet her needs and look after her. We're very grateful to the whole team.

Overall Experience

We have used the services of JLKare and Support for a number of years to provide care for my elderly father.
We have always found them to be reliable, caring and professional. The family is kept informed of any worries or problems or, as has unfortunately been the case, staff have shown the initiative

to call the emergency services if needed.
Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JLKare, and we feel my father is in good hands.

Overall Experience

Girls look after my father really well, sometimes too well, as they spoil him.
Communication between themselves and me can sometimes be an issue, things not being passed on, but not a major problem.
The last call to put Dad into bed is quite early at times, and he may not be ready to get into bed,

but understand that this needs to fit in with other calls that they have to do.

Overall Experience

I have been with JLKare for nearly 4-years. At first, I had my doubts as I had been with other care agencies and was treated poorly.
Now I can honestly say, JLKare has helped me more than I could ever have imagined. The management and support workers actually care, which has helped me grow and have

more independence. I still have off days, but staff are there to support me and get me back on track. I will continue to grow with this company.

Overall Experience

I've been a client with JLKare for nearly 4-years, and I have had the best time so far.
