Caring Together (Swaffham) have been just fantastic... They have provided excellent and consistent support for my elderly mother with a flexible package which has allowed us to vary the cover as and when required. The team that attend and help my mother have always been professional and considerate to her needs and are happy to vary the support and activities required accordingly. The reassurance and confidence that they have provided my sister and I has meant that my mother has been able to continue to live independently in her own home. Without this support it is unlikely that this would have been a safe option.
Thank you taking the time to provide a review.
To hear that our homecare has enabled your mother to live independently in her own home is such great news. We want people to have this choice and we work with them and their families to achieve it. We are delighted that you and your sister are happy with the support provided and we have been able to meet your needs when changes were required.
My son who has Down Syndrome has been cared for by Caring Together for 18 years. We have been so fortunate to have had a consistent standard of care for him. He has had the same carer for much of this time. (Except holidays) The carer is very professional and manages her caring role with real care. My son loves her and looks forward to his evening time banter with her, she gets him to complete his showering with fun and affection. We would be lost without her.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review and for entrusting Caring Together with your son's care for the past 18 years.
We are delighted to hear that you have experienced such a consistent standard of care over the years and that your son has been able to build such a strong relationship...
My husband really looks forward to seeing them. They are happy to take him out on 'adventures' whether it be to cafes at the local stately homes, a garden centre or to the local shops (socialisation and mental stimulation) and I know that he will be in very safe hands when he is out of the house.
My husband's condition has deteriorated significantly in less than a year and the carers have enabled me to carry on working. Caring Together are also incredibly flexible and always try to provide additional care when needed. I can't thank them enough.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We understand how challenging it can be to support a loved one living with vascular dementia, particularly when their condition is changing so quickly. It means a great deal to know that our carers have provided not only professional and...
The carers are very understanding of Wendy's unpredictable behaviour and works with her and engages in conversation while doing personal care.
Overall I can't fault the care, respect and understanding we receive
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that you have felt supported by both our management team and carers. Providing compassionate, respectful, and person-centred care is at the heart of what we do, and it means a great deal...
My Carer is a very good Carer, she helps in any way she can and I get on with her very well. If I am upset about anything she will calm me down and help me through situations that I find difficult to understand.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you get on well with our staff and they are able to help you in situations that you find difficult.
We have had excellent service and it has been very successful for our disabled son. It gives him the independence with adult supervision that is not us! The service supports him in many ways and he relies on this.
We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the support we provide for your son. Knowing that he can have some independence with people other than yourselves must be a big weight off your mind and allow you to have some time to yourself.
