Overall Experience
I am very satisfied generally with the level of service and performance from Chislehurst Home Care Partnership Limited, for the regular Cleaning of my House. This includes, cleanliness, speed, and punctuality. I would certainly consider recommending the Organization to anyone else.
It has been a godsend for me, as I struggle with Depression, amongst other things.

Overall Experience
The ladies at Chistlehurst care looked after my mother with dignity and kindness.

Although my mum was very poorly at the end the ladies kept mum clean and looking after her well. For the service mum recieved throughout the years being cared for by Chistlehurst care I would recommend them to look after an elderly relative.

My aunt was very skeptical at having a carer or as I like to put it a personal assistant (PA) in her home, but she needn't have worried. From day one, the manager and her team have been amazing and my aunt looks forwarded to their visits and is very happy. As I live 120 miles away their support is vital to her well being. The manager has managed all sorts of domestic issues along the way on top of arranging the care my aunt has needed, which to be me is going that extra mile. Nothing has gone unsolved, so far, which supports me as well. I get regular updates which takes a load off. A big thank you goes to the team.

Overall Experience

Have only started using Chislehurst Homecare Partnership this week for our mum who has dementia. Our previous care company were not providing a continuity of care (14 different carers a week) so Mum wasn't able to build a relationship with them. This week Mum has 4 carers. We were there to meet the new carer and she was lovely and Mum warmed to her straight away. This is so important for us to know Mum is happy. Chislehurst Care Services made the transition to their services really easy and very accommodating.

Overall I have been very pleased, Mum is becoming harder to handle with her dementia and never seems to react as well with new carers and you know this can’t always be helped with sickness and holidays, I’m also struggling a bit with the new hourly price rise. But I’m very pleased and impressed with the carers and manager thank you.

We were so pleased with the help and service provided. The manager and her team were very professional and provided much-needed care for my mother at a very difficult stressful time. Overall Experience

The carers from Chislehurst Homecare Partnership are excellent. My mother receives good support for her needs and likes the carers personally. I am now so comfortable with their reliability, care and personal attention that I felt able to go on an extended vacation with no concerns about being out of the country. When I returned home, my mother happily recounted her positive experiences during my time away. Chislehurst Homecare’s strength is its people, I can’t say enough good things about the carers and the administrative support staff are always very helpful.

I have always experienced a great service from Chislehurst Homecare. All the staff and management are professional in their practice. My carer, in particular, is competent and very skilled. I have used this agency for years and will continue to do so. Obviously, if I was not happy I would look for another agency.

My 91, nearly 92-year-old, mum has been a client of Chislehurst Homecare for years now. Her needs have progressed over the years and Chislehurst Homecare (carers) both personal and domestic have been fabulous throughout, often going above and beyond their contractual obligations. Overall Experience
The care agency has been very good over the last month, which has been a difficult period for my aunt due to illness including hospitalization and problems with the property. The care agency was most efficient in solving issues with arrangements etc. and keeping me informed.
The carers seem to have developed a good rapport with my aunt, making sure she eats reasonably and takes her medication as prescribed.

Generally, the agency has given good caring service.

Good level of care, we've been with these carers for at least two years, there have been issues but they have been dealt with swiftly.

I had a turnaround of six regular girls four times a day, I knew Mum was getting the best care.

My mother's carers are kind and thoughtful. They always listen to her carefully and provide the support that she asks for. They respect her and treat her with caring dignity.

The general supervisor is easy to contact and responds quickly to messages.

Outstanding is not a strong enough word to use to describe our experience of this service. After nightmare experiences with the ‘big chains’ we discovered Chislehurst Homecare. They have been genuinely, deeply caring. My dad and my mum adored the regular carer they both had in their later life because she was extremely professional and knowledgeable yet was also consistently personal and kindly. My mum was a nurse and my dad was a highly regarded doctor who was eventually the president of the Medical Defence Union and dean of a medical college. That should tell you all you need to know. It is the greatest of good fortunes to have found this service and I will continue to give the highest recommendations possible to anyone who may find themselves in the situation of needing home care like this.
