My Mum's carer has been absolutely lovely from day one (Oct 2020). She quickly formed a strong bond with Mum and they get on so well. Whenever I contact the office I always receive a prompt and friendly response. Apple Homecare also provided care to my late Father years ago and they were fabulous then too. I would thoroughly recommend Apple Homecare.

My 93yr old Mother has been receiving care from Apple for just under a year now. The girls who attend her have been doing a wonderful job with showering her twice a week and doing what else they can within the hour that they are there. Thank you, Apple.

Apple Homecare is extremely professional and dedicated; they are flexible and responsive to our needs. After caring for my friend for the last seven years, having this wonderful help has enabled her to remain at home, which is her ultimate wish.

My stepfather was reluctant to accept help, but the carers treated him with such care, that it wasn't long before he felt comfortable with their visits. One carer especially, built up such a bond with him, that she was able to take over his showering, personal care and became like one of the family. She said she looked after her clients like they were like her mum or dad and she certainly did. They also helped me enormously by supporting me and sharing the responsibility. Well done.

The care provided to my elderly mum by Apple has been second to none. I have been constantly kept informed about any issues, and the occasional suggestions the staff have made on how to make things run more smoothly have been very helpful. It has been such a relief to know that my mum is in good and capable hands.

We have had support staff from Apple Homecare for many years and they have always been extremely supportive and helpful both to my husband and myself. The care they give is second to none and their attitude to their very difficult job is always one of smiles and encouragement. We could not manage to keep my husband at home without them and for this I am extremely grateful.

I live a long way from my mother and it has given me great peace of mind to know that Apple not only visit my mother twice a day come rain or, as was the case this winter, snow, but are always ready to go the extra mile in assisting my mother when unexpected problems occur. Apple staff have always kept me well informed and are easy to contact. They have also been very flexible in accommodating my mother's needs as her condition has progressively worsened. All the carers are lovely and have built up a very positive relationship with my mother, who enjoys their visits, especially when there is time for a cup of tea and a chat or a game of scrabble. Thank you Apple, we would be lost without you.

A very reliable local company which will go the extra mile to help their clients. Always prompt and on time and take a genuine interest in their clients and family. Operate 365 days a year. They will contact next of kin immediately if there are any issues or concerns with their client. The staff and management are also very friendly and approachable. Very pleased that they are around to help!
