I have worked in care for 25 years in different roles. I have a Level 3 NVQ. I have been working for Bluebird Care for nearly four years. I have always loved my job. I started here as a care worker and worked my way up to Field Care Supervisor, a very rewarding role. I enjoy learning new skills, which I often do in my new position. I love the support I get from my colleagues, both office staff and care workers. I enjoy meeting and shadowing new care workers and meeting new customers. I also love catching up with existing customers that I used to visit.
