This is an excellent company to deal with, very caring people. Any problems sorted very quickly. So glad we decided to use this company for personal reasons.

Care cover have given exceptional care and support to my brother which has had a positive impact on the whole family. The carers in his team are reliable, trustworthy and go out of their way to improve his quality of life, daily. Since care cover have being supporting him there has been a tremendous improvement in his mental wellbeing. I would highly recommend this company.

As a service user you have no real opportunity to compare 'caring' organisations in a practical way but I am very happy that we are looked after by Care Cover 24/7.

We have tried several care companies and Care Cover 24/7 are 10/10 for person centred care. Professionalism and training are provided to their staff. Tailoring to the service users' care plan. Communicating with families. Approachable senior staff and very professional.

Care Cover always listens to my parents and my requests and are happy to change the care routine based on my observations and my parents changing requirements. I am very impressed with Care Cover's ability to tailor their care to the diabetic needs of my Father and to notify me of any issues as they happen. A good relationship has built up between Care Cover and my parents which means I can relax and trust Care Cover to handle any situation.

I cannot fault the way the carers make my life easier and more bearable. I am the main carer for the rest of the day and night.

I have received excellent help and support from the staff of my care company. The care staff always ask if there is anything else get can do to help me when they leave.

Overall useful but quite limited in meeting real client needs.

I am reassured that she is being looked after by professionals, and we all work well together to keep her healthy, safe and happy. We are very lucky.

Aware of giving the client the ability to make their own decisions in relation to their daily care and requirements, but knowing when to cajole the client towards best practice and nutrition.
