I find the care team very helpful, and they help me to maintain my independence. I look forward to their evening meal dinner and a chat from the outside world!!

We are our family, would like to thank all the staff for the excellent care and service we have received over the past 3 months.

Care Herts provided an excellent service for my uncle. From the outset, every effort was made to get to know my uncle and provide for all his needs. The communication with the office was excellent and staff were very professional and caring.

The carer is very supportive with meds, obs and his care. Also with washing, changing clothes, linen and everything in regards to him.

I find the staff are very caring and very friendly towards me. As I live on my own, I need chat and laughter around me. The girls certainly do that for me, very obliging also.

The carers are very kind and caring to my mum. They come twice a day. In the morning they ensure she has everything she needs for the day and evening they give her her meal etc. On top of personal care they do her laundry and ensure she has clean clothes each day. I am very happy with the service they provide.

I have always been impressed with the service Care Herts supplied. They are a very caring and supportive company and showed my father dignity and respect at all times. They were very professional and answered all of our concerns. My dad who needed the care was very happy with them and that was the most important thing to us.

In January 2020 my late father especially needed care four times a day, also checking on my late mother as well. The carers were fantastic with my dad. They treated him with respect, even though this was hard for my dad as he always wanted to do everything for himself and a very proud man. The respect my father had for them showed as he even invited them to my granddaughter's christening that year. They even looked after my mum to ensure she had eaten or even to help with the collection of medication in an emergency. Each time we, as family members, met them they were polite and so friendly but also they knew their job, even when arranging the care we met the manager and some of the carers. I would recommend them with no issues, so impressed with how they looked after my parents with the respect. Thank you.

I have been impressed with the quality of care provided by Care Herts. The carers were all very friendly but professional. They provided me with everything I needed, cooking, lifting heavy items or washing up. I would happily recommend them.

Very happy with the care my mother received following a long stay in hospital. From the start they were very professional and mum's carer was very warm and friendly and helped her recover from a traumatic stay in hospital following surgery. I would certainly recommend Care Herts as everything went very smoothly right from the start and I know my mum will miss her visits now she has recovered. Should we need further care in the future I will certainly return to them.

The manager and her team were excellent. From the minute she visited to assess my father’s needs I felt confident that he would be in good hands. The carers were all kind, considerate and most importantly happy when they visited. If, for unforeseen circumstances, arrangements had to change I was always contacted to make sure the changes were agreed. Communication is usually the biggest problem for most organisations but not for Care Herts. I will definitely use them again.

After using several care companies I am now with one and I find them the best. After many years including a trip to the hospital, they have never failed to see me through it all without any complaint so it is so reassuring.

The management are accessible, always helpful. I feel Care Herts Ltd really put the service users first. We have employed 3 agencies previously and Care Herts Ltd is by far the better provider of care.

Care Herts have been looking after my mother for over five years, in that time I have always found the carers to be kind and compassionate and have treated my mother with dignity and respect. Management has always tried to cover the care needs for my mother including last minute requests. On the rare occasions when problems arise, they are dealt with promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Care Herts as a caring and professional care agency.

The carers are fabulous, caring, kind, consider my brother's needs and are patient. I did request by text and letter that we did not wish to have a certain carer. I was told that they would be sent if no other was available. I was told if this was not acceptable our care package would be reviewed! Management do not listen.

They are always there in times of need which is so reassuring and such a relief as I live a fair distance from my father. I am very grateful to them.
