My husband's cancer went to his brain which sometimes he wasn't very cooperative but your lovely carers knew how to calm him down which I am so grateful for. They were always very polite to us both and got on well with our little dog Louise, who is a bit of a yapper.
We are truly sorry to hear about your husband's illness, and we feel honoured that our carers were able to support both of you during such a difficult time. It means a great deal to know that they were able to help calm him when...
We were lucky to have have kind, knowledgeable cares who taught me so much and supported four family as well as mom. They genuinely cared for mom and some had a rapport, giggling over clothes and tops of long ago. No staff left during our time hence consistency. They became new her family despite us moving in with her. Mom loved those ladies who showed her kindness and respect. Communication with the office was excellent. Thank you.
Divine care have been taking excellent care of my mom for over 3 years now. The care she has received from your carers has been above and beyond what I could possibly imagine. She looks forward to the daily visits and interacting with all the carers. They have learnt about her life and she enjoys listening to them telling her about their lives. Nothing is too much for them to do and we as a family can not thank you enough for the excellent job that you do, please keep up the great work.
I like to chat away and the girls have no issue with this.
They do not rush me and take their time to help me with my needs.
They are professional and kind and pleasant.
I like all the girls that come into my home.
All staff were always thoughtful, polite, considerate and tidy.
Divine provided 4 visits a day to my mom over the last 18 months until she passed away in January this year. To say every last one of the carers who visited my mom at home was an angel would be an understatement. Mom was housebound and then towards the end, bed-bound, and not one of the carers or office staff could have done more to help. There were times when they went above and beyond. Mom also loved everybody who visited and you could tell they all loved her too. The whole family will be eternally grateful for their support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Divine whatsoever. Thank you all so much.
We believe that we really struck lucky having Divine Health Care for my husband who is bedridden and has dementia. All the carers who attend to him are very professional, safety conscious, kind, gentle and friendly. They are also very courteous and respectful towards me and keep me fully informed of anything they think I need to know. They are always on time and have never, ever let me down. My husband has been a client of Divine since the end of July 2022 and we are very, very pleased with their service. They carry out regular checks with me to make sure there are no problems and that everything is all that it should be. All the carers seem to be very well trained and I believe they have regular ongoing training. I would definitely recommend Divine without any hesitation.
A friendly and caring attitude was shown by all the staff that visited.
Carers could not give medication or order incontinence supplies which is a shame but not their fault.
This company’s care was superb. Due to my mother’s rapid decline in health, we needed someone to stay overnight they managed to get someone the same day we phoned. I must give a special mention to our carer who was outstanding in her care, knowledge and friendliness. She taught us so much about caring for my mum in one night! We are very grateful.
Divine Health Services is a fantastic care company, the number one of all care agencies in the world. The office is always available to answer any questions and help with any problems day and night, reliable. They think about the clients the carers take their time to assist with everything and they do a fantastic job. I wish I come to this company a long time ago, they make you feel much better if you're feeling down. The carers are always happy, they talk to everyone in the home not just the clients. If there are any problems they are fast to get it sorted straight away highly recommended.
This company took on my care knowing they could not provide carers suitable for my needs and that have no training whatsoever for my life-threatening complex medical conditions. They send exceptionally poor carers who can't even do some of the most basic things such as cooking, let alone care for me safely. I have 3 lovely ladies who are really nice people - however, the company continues to send staff that I do not like to have in my home and around me. I have repeatedly asked for them to give notice so I can move forward with a specialised complex care agency, however, they appear to be more interested in the money they are making from my full-time care than my health risks and my life. If you have three carers, in particular, to work with they are lovely ladies of mixed ages of 19-41 and all have a lovely sense of humour and you will be very lucky indeed. I have to say none of the other cares sent within the last 10 months so I want back near me - paid for doing nothing is wrong in every way.
We took on this package of care as requested by CHC for domiciliary care and personal care support. At the onset of picking up the package, CHC confirmed that we as a company were only to support the client with personal care as the client was assessed by CHC for personal needs only. We have tried...
The carers that cared for my daughter, who was only young, were wonderful. They were careful, friendly, caring and a total delight to have in the house. They cared for her as if she was one of their own and I thank them with all my heart. They were excellent.
This agency was fantastic for my mum's end of life care. They gave her the dignity and respect she needed. They were so gentle with her and always let her know what they were going to do before they did it. They talked directly to her by name instead of to us, that was really important to my mum. They were all respectful of the property and had very good hygiene. They were very gracious and reassuring in the changes that were happening. I felt my mum had quality care from this agency which allowed her to be at home and it really made a difference to my dad.
The carers have treated my mother very well. They are all very friendly, my mother enjoys their visits. They are good at their job and do the utmost to leave her as comfortable as possible. They also flag up any problems that need the district nurse. It has taken a lot of the pressure caring for my mother off my sister and I. Excellent.
The whole service has been friendly and excellent, always treating me with dignity and respect.
Can't fault. Always happy.
