My mum had care from all female carers, which she preferred. They treated her with respect and dignity and were always willing to learn just how my mum liked things done!
All the carers arrived with a smile, happy to have a chat and did everything we would expect of them.
Approved management team were very supportive and accommodating, they would always provide support and flexibility when needed.
Thank you so much, it's good to hear about all the good Approved Care and Support are doing to support people wanting to stay in their own home.
