Our services are billed at rates dependant upon the level of service required.. We do not charge additional fees for weekend or evening calls. A surcharge is added for calls which fall on a Bank Holiday, this is an additional 50%. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day visits will incur a 100% surcharge.

I was diagnosed with MS, when I was 21.
I used work as a medical secretary.
The carers enable me to live life to the full.
They are caring supportive and understanding to my needs.
I enjoy going out in the car, as I used to drive.
I enjoy going out and about in the community. Sea-side trips and the theatre. I attend church twice a week. Also I am a member of a gardening club with I throughly enjoy. I like carer to encourage me to grow things. This makes me happy.

Blueberry Hill Care has provided exceptional care for our mother with dementia. We anticipated some challenges, but the service was smooth and efficient. They personalized their approach, treating her with dignity and respect, and listened to her even when she was confused. Timekeeping is exceptional, continuity of care and communication is outstanding. She has been happy and settled with the care. As her daughters, we are grateful for the support and understanding from Blueberry Hill Care as we navigate this challenging time, leaving us secure in the knowledge that our mum is well cared for. After a fall, the staff were excellent, following protocol and comforting her while the paramedics were on their way. We cannot thank them enough.

Mum had been struggling on her own, with the loss of her husband (of nearly 70 years) and dementia. She seemed very depressed and worried all the time, but with the Blueberry Hill, she has become a different person. She is so much happier - has had a proper haircut, is well-fed, goes out for walks/wheelchair walks. shopping, cups of tea etc and laughs so much. She is getting the care she deserves from Blueberry Hill and we, the family are completely reassured that she is in safe hands, whatever happens.
I cannot praise Blueberry Hill enough - the support is fantastic and using them has taken away so much stress and worry. My sisters and I can just visit, without having to be carers at the same time.
We are so pleased that we could help you and your family and especially your mum. She certainly appears to be happy and thriving and we are glad to be a part of her ongoing care.
The staff are great girls, caring, knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. They wear shoe covers, they had a folder with information on how to support my family member, they would write down any changes for the next staff member. They rang to say they were running late as there had been an accident and traffic was heavy. The other care agencies sometimes didn't even turn up!
6 weeks on, they have made such a difference, I could not ask any more of them. Thank you for easing my family's panicking and my sister being happy again.
Blueberry Hill has supported my wife with respite to enable me to have a break from my caring duties, I can honestly say without them I do not know what I would have done. There isn't anything that is too much trouble for the team, they are friendly, compassionate and honest. I can leave my wife in their capable hands and not worry about her safety. Blueberry matched my wife's interests to her support workers so they had things in common and where able to talk about my wife's interests. If the time ever comes that I need care I will have Blueberry Hill Care!

I have lived in Hertfordshire all my life and for me, Blueberry Hill Care started with a song in my Nan's kitchen. As a child, myself, my cousins and our Nan would sing the song Blueberry Hill together. Growing up, my Nan was a big part of my life and she was most proud of her role as a carer. She introduced me to Care in 1995. My Nan passed away in her own home in 2016 at a grand age of 92 and when I remember my Nan, it makes me think of the song Blueberry Hill and this line:
