My experience was extremely bad of this agency, management was not able to apologise for any mistakes or serious concerns, they made mistakes. The agency was not able to get medication correct from the beginning after a thorough bulletproof assessment involving social workers and a care home etc....
My experience was extremely bad of this agency, management was not able to apologise for any mistakes or serious concerns, they made mistakes. The agency was not able to get medication correct from the beginning after a thorough bulletproof assessment involving social workers and a care home etc. Many dangerous mistakes even after a month. Even out of date meat served and excuses made.
Shocking worrying experience of a client close to Shrewsbury. It is managements fault this happens or is not corrected. Lack of care.
If my review is deleted there is biased going on. I am the son of a client who has a mental illness elderly and meds were top priority. This agency failed my mum.

Overall Experience
We have had two carers four times a day for about a month. They are all very pleasant, polite and professional in their work but most importantly to us, great fun. Extremely happy with this company, great staff.

I cannot praise Agape care highly enough, they were punctual, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable, fantastic people to deal with, they made a difficult situation far easier!!
