This is the 3rd care company, and although the carers at our previous supplier were lovely, this company is the only one to keep the contract. They are very reliable and friendly. We are very pleased and really hope they will continue as long as we need them.

My mothers carers always treated her with dignity and never as if she was just another job to be done, they never let us down and always arrived on time. Anytime I had to contact the office it was always easy to speak to someone or they always get back to you.

I have been impressed by the attitude of all the staff and their willingness to do all that is asked of them. All staff have treated me with respect and dignity. Being bed bound I am totally dependant on my carers for almost everything and so far I've not been disappointed.

Difficult to give a review; totally depends on the carer who come's. With the correct one's the care is absolutely fantastic. But not so all the time due to individuals who don't/can't connect.

Cannot recommend ARU highly enough. They cared for mum for several years until she recently went into a care home. All the carers went above and beyond their role to care for mum. They never let us down, were always on time and quickly dealt with any situation if it arose. The office staff were very professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole company is very caring and all staff are well trained and up to date on all practice and policy! I trusted this company 100% with the care of my elderly mum! Thank you so much everyone!

Regular group of staff attending 4 times per day. All are extremely efficient. All are friendly, polite and communicate with me very well. If I have a problem or wish to cancel a call, the local manager is always available and helpful. Daily staff all carry out basic duties ie washing, dressing me, preparing meals and putting me to bed. All are willing to do extra chores when appropriate eg putting washing machine on and drying them and ironing when appropriate. My assessment of them all personally and how they carry out their responsibilities is excellent.
