The Service provided by All the Carers was First Class and All showed Care and Commitment to the job in hand.
Agee helped me with my stepdad during difficult times and I thank them a lot for this. Often the staff went above just their scheduled duties. 10/10 from me and my stepdad.
Carers showed patience and respect. Treated my wife with care and dignity. Their help each morning in getting my wife up and ready for the day ahead was invaluable.
I have no hesitation in recommending Agee Care Ltd. The manager is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even rang to see how dad was when he was admitted to hospital and she was very kind to me when I got stressed and upset about dad's health problems. The carers were kind, honest, reliable, and very professional. Dad was very fond of them all.
Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, consistent service from all carers.
From the beginning, the manager dealt with my family in a very professional way. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was very appreciative of the way she dealt with Mum's problems and how the carers respected and reported any issues to myself and the manager. Mum was very happy with the care she received and often spoke about the carers by name.
Excellent service I would recommend Agee Care to anyone.
My father is now in the care of the local authority after breaking his hip in a residential home. The care provided for him by Agee was excellent and on several occasions they went above and beyond their duties.
We welcomed our care worker into our home on Monday and Friday as usual. My husband, who has advancing Alzheimer's disease, was so pleased to see her, like an old friend. I was then able to catch my bus into town for my keep fit (Monday's) and meeting friends for coffee, with the knowledge he was in safe hands. This gave me peace of mind and time out, which I valued. The service was recommended to us by friends, and I would have no hesitation to do the same.
Very helpful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble. Any concerns dealt with and excellent staff and carers who came to my dad. Also involving my mum in conversation. The care was excellent. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. I cannot recommend this company enough. It is worth every penny. Personalised care plan, small team of carers and genuine interest and dedication to the client. This company saved my father's life. They noticed a change in behaviour and persisted until an ambulance came and my dad was admitted with a stroke. Thank you so much.
Mum and dad aged 90 and 91 have always been very independent. Dad had to stop driving in June 2018 when he had a bleed behind one eye and Alzheimer's diagnosis. Mum entered a state of permanent anxiety. My sister and I were completely worn out looking after them. We were recommended Agee Care Ltd and from our first meeting with the manager subsequently her team we have been impressed by their professionalism and caring approach. We will be eternally grateful to them.
