Rutledge Domiciliary Care

John is our Domiciliary Care Manager and oversees the daily running of our care services across both the Northern and Southern Trusts. He takes a hands-on approach in supporting his care team and is committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of services while maintaining the highest standards of care for our customers.

John began his career in the care sector as a Care Coordinator, a role he held for 6 years. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge of the day-to-day management of care services and built strong relationships with both customers and care staff. He then progressed to the role of Registered Manager within the same company, where he spent a further 4 years leading and supporting a large team of carers while ensuring high-quality care standards were consistently delivered.

With over 10 years of experience in the care industry, John brings valuable leadership, knowledge, and dedication to his role. He leads his team by example and is passionate about creating a positive working environment where staff feel supported, and customers receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

Shannen is our Northern Trust Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting both the carers and customers within our care services. She also oversees recruitment for Domiciliary Care within the Northern Trust Area, helping to ensure we continue to build a compassionate and skilled care team.

With over 11 years of experience in the care industry, Shannen brings extensive knowledge and understanding to her role. She began her career as a community carer, working hands-on in care for 8 years. This provided her with valuable insight into the day-to-day needs of both customers and care staff. She then progressed into a supervisory role with another care provider, where she spent 3 and a half years further developing her skills in staff management, care coordination, and customer support.

Shannen is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is committed to ensuring both her team and customers feel supported at all times. She strives to create a positive and caring environment where customers receive the highest standard of care and carers feel valued in their roles.

Claudia is our Care Coordinator for the Northern Trust area and plays a key role in supporting both our care staff and customers within our domiciliary care services. She helps oversee the day-to-day coordination of care, ensuring customers receive reliable, person-centred support while carers feel supported and valued in their roles.

With a strong background in customer support, coordination, administration, and training, Claudia brings a compassionate, professional, and highly organised approach to her role. Her previous experience in customer support, claims handling, recruitment administration, and mentoring has provided her with valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and people management, all of which are essential in delivering high-quality care services.

Throughout her career, Claudia has worked closely with people in a variety of roles, developing strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and diplomacy. Her experience both professionally and personally has helped her build the ability to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds, remain calm under pressure, and find practical solutions when challenges arise. She is confident in supporting customers, families, and care staff with understanding, professionalism, and compassion.

Claudia is also passionate about continuing to learn and develop both personally and professionally. She strongly believes that domiciliary care is about more than providing support — it is about promoting dignity, independence, trust, and well-being for every individual. She is committed to ensuring customers receive the highest standard of care while feeling respected, valued, and safe in their own homes.

Hannah is our Southern Trust Supervisor and plays an important role in supporting both our care staff and customers across the Southern Trust area. She works closely with carers, customers, and families to help ensure care is delivered to the highest standard while providing ongoing guidance and support to her team.

With experience across a variety of care settings, including community care, hospital environments, and as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home, Hannah brings valuable knowledge and practical experience to her role. She currently supports elderly individuals, including those living with dementia and autism, and has developed strong skills in promoting independence, supporting wellbeing, and delivering person-centred care with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Hannah is passionate about helping people remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes. She understands the importance of building trusting relationships with customers and their families, providing reassurance and support while ensuring individual needs are always at the centre of care planning and delivery.

Mairead is our Care Co-ordinator for the Southern Trust area and plays an important role in supporting both our care staff and customers within our domiciliary care services. She helps oversee the day-to-day coordination of care, ensuring customers receive reliable, person-centred support while carers feel guided and supported in their roles.

Mairead brings with her a wealth of life experience gained through working in both the private and public sectors. Throughout her varied career, she has worked closely with members of the public, often in challenging situations, which has helped her develop strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

She enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same. Mairead is always eager to learn new skills and prides herself on being approachable, realistic, and supportive in her role. Her calm and practical nature allows her to build strong relationships with customers, families, and care staff alike.

Having cared for her own mother over a long period of time, Mairead has first-hand understanding of the emotional and physical pressures that caring responsibilities can bring to families. This personal experience has given her a deep sense of empathy and compassion for both customers and their loved ones. She understands the challenges families can face when navigating care arrangements and is passionate about offering reassurance, guidance, and support during difficult times.
