John is our Domiciliary Care Manager and oversees the daily running of our care services across both the Northern and Southern Trusts. He takes a hands-on approach in supporting his care team and is committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of services while maintaining the highest standards of care for our customers.

John began his career in the care sector as a Care Coordinator, a role he held for 6 years. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge of the day-to-day management of care services and built strong relationships with both customers and care staff. He then progressed to the role of Registered Manager within the same company, where he spent a further 4 years leading and supporting a large team of carers while ensuring high-quality care standards were consistently delivered.

With over 10 years of experience in the care industry, John brings valuable leadership, knowledge, and dedication to his role. He leads his team by example and is passionate about creating a positive working environment where staff feel supported, and customers receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.

Shannen Orr Job Title: Domiciliary Care Supervisor (Northern Trust Area)
Shannen Orr

Shannen is our Northern Trust Supervisor and plays a key role in supporting both the carers and customers within our care services. She also oversees recruitment for Domiciliary Care within the Northern Trust Area, helping to ensure we continue to build a compassionate and skilled care team.

With over 11 years of experience in the care industry, Shannen brings extensive knowledge and understanding to her role. She began her career as a community carer, working hands-on in care for 8 years. This provided her with valuable insight into the day-to-day needs of both customers and care staff. She then progressed into a supervisory role with another care provider, where she spent 3 and a half years further developing her skills in staff management, care coordination, and customer support.

With experience across a variety of care settings, including community care, hospital environments, and as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home, Hannah brings valuable knowledge and practical experience to her role.
