John began his career in the care sector as a Care Coordinator, a role he held for 6 years. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge of the day-to-day management of care services and built strong relationships with both customers and care staff. He then progressed to the role of Registered Manager within the same company, where he spent a further 4 years leading and supporting a large team of carers while ensuring high-quality care standards were consistently delivered.

With over 10 years of experience in the care industry, John brings valuable leadership, knowledge, and dedication to his role. With over 11 years of experience in the care industry, Shannen brings extensive knowledge and understanding to her role. She began her career as a community carer, working hands-on in care for 8 years. This provided her with valuable insight into the day-to-day needs of both customers and care staff. She then progressed into a supervisory role with another care provider, where she spent 3 and a half years further developing her skills in staff management, care coordination, and customer support.

With experience across a variety of care settings, including community care, hospital environments, and as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home, Hannah brings valuable knowledge and practical experience to her role. She currently supports elderly individuals, including those living with dementia and autism, and has developed strong skills in promoting independence, supporting wellbeing, and delivering person-centred care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
