I have been using this agency since February this year and I have to say the four main carers I have, I can’t fault them. They are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Keep it up and I have recommended you to a friend of mine who is in need of a carer.

We have found all the carers that we have dealt with to be professional and caring. They are always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that my mother is comfortable and that all her needs have been met. They listen to any concerns we may have and do their best to reassure us. They are always polite and friendly.

I have been receiving care since March 2023, following an RTA resulting in paralysis. The regular carers are amazing. They are very helpful and caring. They listen to what I want, which is very important to me. They are patient and I never feel rushed, they allow me to move at my own pace and do what I can for myself. They are always polite and considerate. They are a pleasure to deal with and come highly recommended.

The continuity of care provided by Mum's designated team delivered the best service possible. They displayed compassion and love, which was heartwarming. We had every confidence in the care she received from them, complimented by the highest standards from your staff, which she deserved. Nothing was too much trouble.

Most touching was the conversation they had with her on every visit, no matter what her state of understanding was at the time. Thank you so very much.

Looked after my mum wonderfully, and when things got really tough for Mum the manager and his carers was the only service that were there, going the extra mile to provide more support. Really couldn’t have coped during this stressful time without them.
