Due to mothers fall had to find someone to help!! Care Wales are brilliant cannot fault them. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum who is elderly enjoys chatting to all the carers I cannot thank you enough!! And all the carers! They know who they are!!!
I really cannot recommend these people highly enough. They were absolutely brilliant from the day they started to care for my mother right up until the day we lost her. My mother had dementia and found strangers very taxing but she took to all of the carers who came and had some favourites who always lifted her spirits when she saw them. The carers treated us as friends rather than just a job that needed to be done. They often added thoughtful little touches that brightened our day. They were always professional but were always genuinely nice people. My family considered ourselves to be very, very lucky to have been allocated to them.
