We couldn't have been more happy to have this phenomenal group care for my sick mother, they provided incredible staff who went above and beyond to care for my sick mother during a horrible time at the end of her life with terminal cancer. there are rare occasions in life where you get such great care from a kind and responsive group of skilled professionals.
Absolutely brilliant care. They befriended my dad and treated him with the utmost respect. Head office were so accommodating and always available if we had any questions or concerns. In fact they suggested elements that might help dad. He was in the best of care right up until the end. Really recommend. Utterly trustworthy
We have been working with the 'We Care' team since April. From the management team to the guys that come out to care for our 94-year-old uncle they have been fantastic. Our uncle has great stories and is fiercely independent so we have worked to a plan that helps us keep him in his home whilst getting the benefits of great care whilst letting us have the family time. We can't thank the team enough and as we go into the next phase we are confident that they will be there to help and advise.
My husband has been having carers to attend to him from July 2024 until now. They come in the mornings and shower and dress him. He always has a smile on his face when they arrive because they are always so cheerful and it is a good start to the day for him (and me)! I have been extremely pleased with the care that We Care Together provide and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone. The office keeps me informed who is coming and the time of arrival so that helps me to plan my day.
This service delivers care in a manner that goes over and beyond their duties. They supported me and my mother in the most caring way when my father was dying at home. They provided care with dignity, even after the event. They are responsive and I do not hesitate to recommend this service.
Carers are fantastic and make my mother feel very relaxed and cared for. Carers are always very positive and supportive providing the necessary care as agreed. Managers have continued to keep in touch with me if there are any issues that need sorting. A very good company who genuinely care for their clients.
This is our 1st experience of a care provider and we have been very impressed with all the carers that have been. They put us at ease and are always patient in dealing with my husband. They always ask about me too. They always arrive at the scheduled time. We realise that it is not always possible to arrange the most suitable times for us, but they try to accommodate whenever possible.
Good communication and follow up on any issues.
This care agency is the best one I've dealt with. My mum has been with them for years now and the carers are lovely and well experienced, any problem they are more than happy to help. They go above and beyond their job to provide an excellent care standard, I would highly recommend them.
We Care Together, which we have been using for 6 months, is a lifeline to myself who cares for my husband who has dementia & other medical problems. The carers call each morning always happy and smiling to wash and dress him then bring him downstairs for his breakfast. He has got to know the carers and can chat and laugh with them. I like it that I get a weekly timetable so we know what time they will be arriving. Would definitely recommend this company.
We Care Together have been providing care for my parents for the last three years. We have been so lucky to secure their excellent services. Staff- all staff are very caring and capable, always time to carry out their tasks without feeling as if they are rushing in and out. Management- over the years we have had to scale up and down our requirements. We care together have been able to accommodate our needs on all occasions taking a caring and practical approach.

Meet the Team (2)
I started We Care Together Southampton with my business partner back in 2016. We believe that care could be great, and delivery should only be delivered at the highest standards. Because of this, we have a very good reputation, and we have built this business on our experiences and knowledge.
Because I have a passion for delivering only the highest standards, I went on to complete my qualifications in education and training to ensure that we are able to continue to deliver high standards through our training, so that anybody wanting to work in this sector or even just to gain extra knowledge can do so knowing they are receiving only the best standards of learning. we have a unique knowledge that we are able to implement into the lives of our clients to ensure their quality of life is great.
I have always believed you are never just the standard stereotype “carer”. Being a carer is being that person who can support someone to live day-to-day in their own home and to live independently. We as a team are always being confronted with the realities of people struggling to overcome an illness or disability, this allows us to appreciate the little things in life we all take for granted.
Being a carer is so many things, you become a friend for someone who has no family and needs a chat in their loneliest times. But I wouldn’t change my job for the world.
Once I get to know each of our clients, we build a relationship, the routine becomes smooth and the communication between us is something that I look forward to.
My work here has always made me feel appreciated and my hard work never goes unnoticed. You can tell the difference in a day’s work when you are working with a professional agency that takes care of their staff and support you, then it is the sort of role that you can turn into a real career.
