Staff at GN Wellspring having been responsive and co-operative making any adjustments needed to the service they provide to him and he enjoys the time he spends with his support workers. He is getting an increasing experience of being out in the local community.

All the staff are brilliant and caring.Couldnt ask for better carers they are always supportive and help me loads and the office and management are always there to help you, I struggle with a lot of things and carers always there to listen to

The carers always come within the time slot required. They provide good personal care for my husband and often chat with him while they are with him. The carers are always the same people mainly two regular ones and another person occasionally all of which are known to us. Overall I am very satisfied with the care they give.

Receiving fantastic care from the team at GN Wellsprings.

My 87-year-old mother has been a client of GN Wellsprings Care services for just over two years now. She receives once-a-day care involving greeting and cooking a meal for Mum for the day. Mum is treated with respect and dignity by the carers. The carers are very reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills. My mum has slight dementia and she often becomes confused. We would prefer if she could have 1 or 2 regular carers to provide her care, as we never know who will be attending and this could be one of any 5 carers. Mum is always asking me which carer will be visiting each day and l can't reassure Mum and give her an answer. I have requested GN Wellsprings care managers to inform me of the names of the carers who will be visiting my Mum each week but have been told that this is not possible, l don't know why. I would really like this administrative issue to be resolved satisfactorily. Otherwise all good. Thanks.

We have been using GN Wellsprings for the last two years and they have been invaluable. My mother-in-law has dementia and the carers have been fantastic in understanding her needs and helping her to still have her independence. She had regular carers who went above and beyond to look after her. They have been able to adapt as her illness got worse and their advice has been helpful too. I would highly recommend them.

Staff are all really friendly and willing to help, and I am very happy with the care they provide to Mum. They come at the expected time and are always caring and supportive. I would highly recommend their services.

Wellsprings is a very well-run care agency and provided daycare for my mum, never missed an appointment and the care given was first class. The careers were very professional and made mum very happy with care and the conversation.

The service and care provided was first class. Carers were very adaptable to our needs. Any issues (and these were very few) were dealt with immediately and fuss by management.
