(I have no information on charges so haven't commented on this).
The care team help me to care for my mother in law, it's nice to be able to visit her now as her daughter in law and not as her carer. I think the care team are gentle and very kind to her, they are very patient as well, they assist with her shower twice a week and help with her meals prep, and at night they assist her with her bedtime routine. They also help with taking the bins out and with washing. They come three times a day, couldn't manage without them.
Since being cared for by the company, I have found the carers cheerful and helpful, and they do their job efficiently and are all very helpful.
