Had my first visit from Helping Hands today, what a wonderful experience. Lady was so lovely and did a wonderful job in my home. I would highly recommend Helping Hands to anybody who is thinking about such a service. I struggled for fare too long should have got help much sooner.

I used HH when my father became poorly. A few years later, my mother became unwell rapidly and I called HH who put care in place the next day! It was very expensive but it was a lifesaver as my grandson was only 4 days old and I needed to be there to support his mum. We then worked out a plan to reduce care as my mother improved. Ladies are lovely, reliable and friendly. Easy to get in touch with the office and pay monthly bill.
The relationship my mother has with them is so vital and reassuring when they take such an important role in enabling my mother to remain at home.
We were having problems the other day and with virtually no warning they were able to accommodate full time care so that my mother was looked after fully for 48 hours.
We have not had any issues with any of the ladies. All good and all very kind.
The rota for staff is sent out to myself the week before which is great so I can tell my mum who will be looking after her.
It is nice that she has continuity of staff.
Carers are all friendly, reliable, hardworking, excellent at their job, work to high standards, caring and focused on the needs of the client. We have received care for both my mom and my brother. My brother got on really well with his main carer, and he always treated my brother with kindness and respect. My brother could be difficult. My mom always loves seeing her carers, she never stops talking and loves to sing with them, and they all have to join in. They have a laugh and joke with her whilst working, and she is always smiling when they are here. We could not ask for anything better.
Best wishes.

Meet the Team (1)
My Wolverhampton team is passionate about delivering excellent care at home.
Our friendly carers love what they do. I‘m a mum of two and enjoy family days out at the
zoo or safari park. I love cooking and trying new meals for family and friends.
My guilty pleasure is watching true crime documentaries.
