This has been a very positive experience after using another provider who were cheaper, but essentially failed to be able to provide even the basics. Helping Hands have proves very reliable, professional and caring. Also well informed about the issues relavant to caring for someone who is very frail.

I was recommended to Helping Hands and from the first time I contacted them they have been amazing, totally professional, helpful, caring, understanding, considerate and thoughtful. Helping Hands visited with us at home and also at the hospital ward, it really gave us a sense that we could feel comfortable with them and were already supporting us through a maze of the NHS .
All of the carers have a professional and caring nature they take the time to talk to our dad and get to know him which is really important to us all.
I would have no problem recommending Helping Hands , thoroughly professional in every way.

The set up process was quick easy and professional. The carer provided was amazing and with the end of life support we had, those final days with our carers support provided comfort and an excellence far above what we thought we would have. Highly recommended and our gratitude will always be there. It was an extremely difficult time and our carers compassion and manner helped us more than she will ever know.

I know my mother is in save hands and treated with dignity. They care like my mother, as if she was theirs. It has taken a huge wait off our families shoulders.
My mother is so happy when they arrive and loves the attention they give her. Their visits have helped with my mum's health condition and also allowed her to remain at home.
The family are so in awe of the staff and thank them for there continual high standard of care.
Furthermore, the managers and administration team are so good too in always being there to provide support and advice when needed.

One of the carers particularly went the "extra mile" at every opportunity.
Availability and support from office staff was good and the detailed notes provided on the software package were a comfort particularly for my sister who lives abroad.
My Mother is now settling into a home and the transition has gone smoothly

A particular member of staff at Helping Hands was outstanding in organising the care for my elderly father. He was readily available for me to discuss with him and any concerns that I had. I cannot thank him enough.
We were putting in place care at home for our mother and although circumstances changed quite quickly our experience of Helping Hands was excellent. The manager was very empathetic, kind and understanding dealing with our mother, and the carers were lovely and professional and attentive. They were able to put in place a care package very promptly and to suit the hours we wanted.
Nothing is too much trouble and she does the housework that I now find difficult.
My family are reassured that someone is with me every day for a short visit to check on my wellbeing.
The carers are great and office team are super, great communication and so pleased they are there.
I feel reassured knowing that my Uncle is safe and cared for.
Highly recommend Helping Hands Wimbledon.
One of the carers, who came to sit with my husband who has dementia, was excellent. She was calm and caring. My husband trusted her. I went out and left them alone in the house. When I came home her and my husband were watching TV and drinking coffee. All was well. I would have used Helping Hands much more, but my husband was taken into a nursing home.
My cousin was assessed by one of the carers of Helping Hands Wimbledon. He took a great deal of time and effort in matching my cousin with a domiciliary carer. We were very happy with the commitment and care shown by the carer to my cousin - and they both got on well. Thank you.
The team at Helping Hands have looked after my father well for a number of years, enabling him to stay in his own home for as long as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for all your help.
Best wishes.
We have used the Wimbledon office of Helping Hands for over six months and are very impressed by the team in the branch office and the carers they send to help my disabled husband. We get efficient notification of the rota for the week ahead and good continuity from the carers. We enjoy working with this agency and find their help invaluable.
Hello Susan, thank you ever so much for your review, that you've left for our Wimbledon team. We're really glad that we can provide continuity of care for your husband as we know how much this can help with overall outcomes. The team will be delighted to hear this feedback! With very best wishes.
The care that the staff gave to my sister was second to none, each carer was really empathetic with dementia, not just to my sister but to the family. The staff in the branch in Wimbledon would always help when we needed to change times and cancellations at a moments notice. Overall a great care team.
