We are delighted to hear that Shiamem was able to support you during what sounds like a difficult time. It is wonderful to know that her professional and compassionate approach helped organise care and adapt the care plan in a way that encouraged your mum to accept the support she needed.

We are also pleased to hear that the care team, particularly Linda, Karen and the carer who visited on 2nd August, have made such a positive difference. Knowing that your mum is feeling happier and more confident is fantastic to hear.
