Absolute circus of a company run by a pair of incompetent blagging clowns!
Carers do as little work as possible and cut call times that clients are paying for.
Complained several times but standards did not improve and was forced to look for an alternate care company.

We work with the care plan and the presenting problems of the clients ,it is also important for our clients relatives to understand the conditions of their relatives so they are in sync with what is happening. This will help them understand why things are happening the way they are outside of care times.
People have a right to chose the care they would like at all times however it is not good to bring down any service because of lack of understanding.
I therefore understand that you may be perceiving us like that and I am sorry you feel that way.
We have a duty of care and we understand it. We care , correct, support , learn from experiences and engage positively to support our community.
