This is a lovely, caring service where my son is treated with compassion and dignity. I am very happy that he is there and safe and well-cared for. The communication is excellent and I feel supported when I have concerns about my son. Gladys is extrmely capable and I trust her completely.

I came to collect Jonnie for a family get together on 1st March and as always, Jonnie appeared very well - clean and shaved and well dressed. He seemed happy and content. The home seemed warm, clean and tidy and the carer on duty, who I hadn't met, before was polite and friendly and wanted to check when we would be bringing him back (re his medication).

My brother Jonathan has been a resident at a home under GND support for four years and during this time his life has been transformed. Prior to moving here Jonnie had lived in a totally inappropriate facility where he was not cared for. The staff, led by manager Gladys, really look after my brother. He is now happy and healthy, which after years of neglect is all we ever wanted for him.
