The carers who work for this agency are lovely and very friendly and most importantly they treat my mum with such dignity, they always make sure she dresses well in the mornings and her needs are met. If I leave a message they always act on it and they have never missed a shift and we have them assisting three times a day, seven days a week. Thank you

We have always been struck by the flexibility and support that the management has provided to us. The team that has come out every day for my wife have had varying levels of support to do, but it's always done with good grace and humour. I personally have always been impressed by the time they take, in what can be a very short space of time, to chat with her and make sure that she is happy.

My mother was with Ensure for 4 months. She had carers, 2 carers 4 times a day, I can honestly say each and every one of the staff was amazing. At first I was concerned my mother would hate the fact that she had to have carers, however, they were so fantastic she genuinely loved each and every one of them.
