Claire Butler is the Managing Director of Unite Healthcare, having taken up the role in July 2019. Claire has been involved in finance, accounting and customer services for 16 years, having worked in both the public sector and private sector organisations. Claire has a degree in community governance and finance, whilst also possessing a Management Certificate awarded by Lancaster University.
Claire is responsible for monitoring our Registered Manager and management team. Claire also takes a lead on key aspects of the company’s adherence to our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Daniel is a qualified Social Worker, having gained a Diploma and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Liverpool in 2004. Following qualification as a Social Worker, Daniel practised extensively in mental health, with younger and older adults. Daniel’s career also involved working to implement social care IT systems. Before establishing Unite Healthcare, Daniel spent 5 years as a Safeguarding Adults Team Manager.
Daniel’s experience in the health and social care sector provides leadership within the company on care management, safeguarding and IT systems.

Heidi brings a wealth of care and managerial experience to her role with Unite Healthcare, where she has worked since 2015. She is qualified to NVQ Level 4 and is currently working toward Level 5. Heidi has worked extensively in care and managerial positions for a variety of local and national care providers. At Unite Healthcare, Heidi is responsible for managing our management team and front-line care staff. She leads on all key operational business functions, including managing managerial staff, contractual and regulatory compliance, collaboration, partnership, benchmarking, innovations and new business opportunities, safeguarding, risk management, health and safety, disciplinary processes, complaints, training and development, monitoring rota’s planning, managing absence, recruitment, monitoring quality and performance, equality and diversity.
Heidi also works collaboratively with CQC and local authorities to ensure the company's compliance with its legal obligations and contractual standards.

Leyanne has worked for Unite since 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of our rota management. This involves operating our scheduling system to assign staff to service users based on individual needs, preferences, skills, availability, and geographical location.
Leyanne also ensures adequate coverage across all shifts, minimising gaps in service and optimising flexibility, consistency and utilisation. She is also responsible for handling planned and unplanned absences, communicating effectively with both staff and service users when this arises.

Tina has worked for Unite since May 2013 and is one of our longest-serving staff. Tina is qualified to NVQ Level 3 and is currently working toward Level 4. She has a wealth of experience in the care sector, both in caregiving and management.
Tina is responsible for all aspects of the care management within our company. This includes conducting assessments, devising personalised care plans, risk assessments and holding reviews. Tina spends considerable time working with our Service Users and commissioned partners to ensure our care delivery is safe and personalised.

Victoria has been with Unite Healthcare since 2016, having started as a Homecare Assistant and progressing through to management in 2020. Victoria is primarily responsible for managing and supporting our front-line care staff. As part of her daily duties, Victoria is responsible for the supervision of care staff, holding team meetings, and providing support and advice to care staff. Victoria also leads the recruitment, selection, and induction of new staff.
