The service that we received from the entire Unite Healthcare team was truly outstanding. They looked after my late mother extremely well. The carers were always reliable and very professional in everything they did for mum. They treated her with great compassion, respect, encouragement and when appropriate humour. There is no doubt that the excellent quality of care provided by the Unite team was a major factor in helping mum to keep her dignity, feel loved and respected and to remain safely in her own home. Mum loved each and every carer that looked after; a true reflection of how each carer went above and beyond "just doing a job." It was a privilege to have such superb carers supporting and looking after mum.
I thoroughly recommend Unite Healthcare to anyone looking for the best care that it is possible to give.
Hi William,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and heartfelt review.
We're truly honoured that Unite Healthcare was able to support your late mother, and we're very grateful for your kind words about our whole team. Knowing that our carers helped her to feel...
We used Unite Healthcare for my dad for a number of years and couldn't recommend them highly enough. All the staff were very friendly and professional and my dad saw all the carers as his friends and they always went the extra mile in providing an outstanding service. He eventually had to go into a care home but had been able to stay at home as he wanted much longer because of the great carers at Unite and I can't thank Pat and Michelle enough
Thank you so much for such a positive review. We truly enjoyed supporting your father and it was a pleasure to be part of his care.
I hope he is settling in well and flourishing in his new home.
Warm regards,
Daniel
