My grandmother has built a rapport with her favourite carers now and is happy for them to visit three times a week for company. We are very happy with the service Gofal Seibiant have provided so far, and would recommend them to others.

My mum finds generally that the carers provide a good service. They are all polite and pleasant. There is good communication e.g. when either late or unable to come. The cost is reasonable for the service provided.

We have been using GS for my mother for about 2 years, the number and duration of visits she needs has been increased gradually, this has been quite straight forward to instigate. She views the carers as her 'friends'. On the whole they are excellent.

My Dad has been using Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd fora few years now to help him remain in his own home with his worsening dementia and mobility. I live many miles away and he wishes to remain in his own home, then on Anglesey. The carers who visit him to help out are very kind and look after him well. He has nothing but praise for the team.

Downside is that due to their workload and distances involved they can't attend at the same time every day which can cause some anxiety.
Contract included a weekly report on their visits - sometimes we have received this, sometimes not. Not a big deal but would be good to have some consistency.
Overall a good experience so far and glad to have the carers visiting.
