Although mam has only been having carers a few weeks, she is pleased with them, mam is confused alot of the time and is prone to mood swings, as yet she's been fine with them all, she's mainly been asleep most of the time.

Our mum has been with Seibinat for about 2 years. Due to a recent deterioration in our mums health and Dementia her care plan was reassessed and Seibiant were able to accommodate a much needed extra morning visit.

Our mum has been with Seibinat for about 2 years. Due to a recent deterioration in our mums health and Dementia her care plan was reassessed and Seibiant were able to accommodate a much needed extra morning visit. The carers that visit our mum adjusted to her needs and this in in return helped us as a family adjust at this upsetting time. The carers have communicated useful suggestions which have made our mums as well as our lives easier and helped keep her safe and we Thank them for this. They are polite ,caring and treat mum with respect . They make her laugh and she loves to hear their stories. I like the idea of an allocated team ( as much as possible ) this helps in spotting any change to mum, which they communicate with family. Receiving the weekly handover notes is very beneficial as we are able to keep update on how mum is doing and what she is up to.
As we know there is no perfection with anything in life and we do have the odd issue which is easily rectified .

My mum finds generally that the carers provide a good service. They are all polite and pleasant. There is good communication e.g. when either late or unable to come. The cost is reasonable for the service provided.

We have been using GS for my mother for about 2 years, the number and duration of visits she needs has been increased gradually, this has been quite straight forward to instigate. She views the carers as her 'friends'. On the whole they are excellent.

Positive experience on the whole - staff are friendly and patient and are great with my mum. Downside is that due to their workload and distances involved they can't attend at the same time every day which can cause some anxiety. Contract included a weekly report on their visits - sometimes we have received this, sometimes not. Not a big deal but would be good to have some consistency.
Overall a good experience so far and glad to have the carers visiting.
