LV Home Care (IOM)

LV Home Care provides professional, person-centred care in individuals' own homes across the Isle of Man, helping people live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in familiar surroundings.

Care is tailored to each individual's routine, preferences, and goals. Support may be short term, such as following a hospital stay, or longer term for those living with ongoing health conditions or requiring regular assistance, including dementia care.

Services include personal care, mobility support, assistance with daily routines, companionship, and wellbeing support. Care is also available for more complex or changing needs, with staff working alongside individuals and families to ensure support remains appropriate.

Hourly care is available from 30 minutes to full-day support, with visits arranged during the day, evening, or overnight. The level of care can increase or decrease as needs change, providing flexibility while supporting individuals in maintaining independence.

For those requiring greater support, live-in care provides continuous one-to-one assistance and companionship from a carer living in the home. Sleeping night and waking night care are also available, either as part of an existing care plan or as standalone support.
