We are very happy with the service we receive from the Care Collection. The carers are all well trained, warm and friendly. The service has been 100% reliable, we have never been let down and someone has been there for each arranged visit. Communication is great, we can see what happens on each visit with the app and if there are any issues the office responds quickly and efficiently. Although our client has a complex medication schedule, this has been managed well by both the carers and the office staff. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Care Collection to anyone looking for home care. We are very pleased to have found such a good local service provider.
I have also found the management of the care provided has been extremely professional, responsive to our needs and involved with review of current and changing needs. Their input with providing advice and their flexible approach has been very much appreciated.
Thank you for the positive review. We will share your kind words with the wider team.
The service I receive is good, fulfils my requirements and is making my life easier. The staff are all friendly and competent. Should my needs for support increase I will be happy to increase the service time.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are glad we make your life easier.
The company and staff were flexible and understanding, working around my rota, so that I could care for Kevin whenever I wasn't at work. This balance gave us precious time together whilst ensuring his needs were constantly met. The professionalism, kindness and willingness to adapt to our situation, made a difficult time more manageable.
Thank you for giving us both the support, space and peace of mind we needed.
Hi EmmaThank you for your kind words. It means a great deal to hear that our care made a difference during such a difficult time.

Thank you for your kind words which we have passed on to the team. We are glad the service is providing you with the expected benefits and outcomes.
The Care Collection have been absolutely wonderful with my Dad. From Day 1 when we organised the care, everyone was incredibly professional, respectful and friendly and the service has always been really personal. My Dad had a very poor experience with another care company so was nervous at the start, but he looks forwards to the visits now and has a network of carers who know him really well and that he likes very much. Care Collection have been really supportive if we've had any situations that required it, and even the office team know who my Dad is. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Care Collection to others and our experience has been nothing short of 5*.
Thank you for such positive feedback. We will pass on your kind words to the team.
Having spent much time researching various care options, we engaged the services of The Care Collection just under a month ago. From our initial enquiry through to the ongoing assistance with the daily care of my elderly father, we've been most impressed with the professionalism, care and compassion of their staff. Nothing is too much trouble and my Dad actively looks forward to his daily visits and a good chat. What were strangers only a month ago, are now very much part of his daily regime. We really appreciate all the help and support that The Care Collection team continue to offer us. Many thanks
My son receives support from care collection and we have had nothing but a positive experience since the introductions in November. The office staff are always helpful and quick to respond. And the PAs my son has are wonderful, knowledgeable and confident.
The Care Collection I have to say an exceptional care provider. Reliable, understanding, caring, time management. I have experienced no problems at all. All the staff are well trained and competent in their work. I would definitely recommend The Care Collection to others.
Thank you to all the staff at The Care Collection who took such good care of our relative. We feel very lucky that we chanced upon such a good team when we were looking for carers for her. She looked on some of your team as friends as well as caregivers, and we really appreciate the kindness, care and attention that you all gave to her.
The Care Collection is second to none. Every aspect of their company is outstanding, compassionate and of the highest level. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Office staff courteous and bend over backwards to accommodate difficult and often unexpected changes of care needed. The attending care staff have been more like family members to us. Our mum was looked after with the utmost care and respect and we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Anyone needing care in the home look no further.
Nothing but praise for The Care Collection. The care Mum received from all the care team for the past year has been nothing but exceptional from carrying out personal care to making meals and housework. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter what the weather the care team always arrived on time. Communication from the staff and office team was excellent and always kept up to date. Thank you.
My husband has Parkinsons. Care Collection came to care for him while l had a short break. It was extremely successful and he gained confidence in the carers. We now have care two mornings a week. Staff are always respectful and very happy to help out. Staff have also been very helpful when l have phoned in a panic to arrange the odd extra care sessions. Thank you.
The Carer Collection have provided a live-in service for my daughter since her discharge from hospital in July. They have enabled my daughter to participate in the recruitment process. The carers have provided good support to my daughter and enabled her to participate in the community and domestic activities. When problems have arisen Care Collection have worked with us to resolve them to everyone's satisfaction. They have also been diligent in monitoring the ongoing care.
The care collection staff have been just fantastic at providing an extremely bespoke care package for my relative who had declined to have carers for several years. They now visit daily and she enjoys their visits.
Everything was very well organised and a care plan was put in place immediately. When we needed to adjust times etc. or increase the number of hours, the staff were always willing to do their best to satisfy our requirements. The carers were always punctual and never let us down. They showed nothing but kindness and patience on every visit. Whenever I rang or emailed the office, the response was always quick and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We only stopped using the service due to my father-in-law not being well enough to stay at home.
I have found that The Care Collection is a very professional organisation that deals with issues that arise promptly, openly and honestly and follows up changes to check that the new care plan is followed. This gives me, as a daughter, reassurance that mum's changing care needs are being met. Mum always says that she is "lucky, lucky, lucky." I think I am lucky to have found The Care Collection to care for mum.
As well as carrying out the personal care duties, the staff also have excellent communication skills and often start two-way conversations to the enjoyment of the client. The appointments allow me a break from my own attendance.
The carer was always polite and friendly and introduced herself. Occasionally, she was a bit late, but someone would ring with an apology and explanation. During her allotted time she completed all tasks with consideration to my friend's needs and choices. Tasks included making lunch, administering medications and a little light cleaning. Often, she would have some time left to sit and talk to us. Conversations were generally about families, past times and television programmes. These were all subjects that my friend could participate in, and enjoyed. At the end of the visit, the carer would document what she had done. My friend always looked forward to the carer calling.
We use this company to assist us to care for our young daughter who has a physical disability. We like all the carers we have met and feel that their attitudes and the company ethos really fit with our own. The office contact has been reliable and the management of our needs prioritised. I would highly recommend this company.

Meet the Team (5)
I am now embarking on my 3rd decade in Health and Social Care. I have climbed the professional ladder and have thoroughly enjoyed the exercise. Now at the top, and has earned the position of “influencer”, I want to share my success with my Clients and their families and support them by offering the best possible home care service available.
I have worked across the whole of the care sector with people of all ages and a whole spectrum of conditions including elderly care, Dementia, physical disabilities, brain injuries, mental health, neurological conditions, Learning Disabilities and palliative care.
I have acted as an advocate for my Clients and pioneered for their individual causes. I am incredibly passionate about ensuring people get the support they deserve and always strive to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. My professional training has given me the knowledge and skills to support my caring and empathetic nature as well as my desire to ensure people to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
However, I have often felt disappointed and let down by other care providers or professionals working alongside me. I have at times been demoralised and disheartened by poor practice, misplaced morals and substandard levels of care and customer service. I think the time has come for positive change!
I have therefore created The Care Collection, a stylish and unique, carefully crafted collection of home care services accessible to all.
I have over 12 years’ experience in Health and Social Care. Whilst studying for my degree I worked as a care worker in the community. After graduating I worked as a Field Care Supervisor and then spent 5 years as Registered Manager of a private home care provider overseeing the running of the entire service and staff team.
I joined The Care Collection in January 2018 and became Registered Manager in 2020. My role includes monitoring our service on a regular basis, ensuring it runs safely and effectively for our clients and complies with, and where possible exceeds, industry legislation. I also ensure that the care team receive appropriate training and any extra support and guidance they may need to provide excellent care resulting in a service that can be relied upon and known for its high standards.
I am looking forward to The Care Collection growing and flourishing with the innovative and creative team we have in place and changing people’s perceptions of care. We aim to exceed our clients’ expectations by developing a holistic, person-centered approach to care delivery, focused on promoting independence for everyone.
I assist with carer and client compliance, support new staff and ensure the service continues to run safely and to the highest possible standards.
I started working professionally in care in 2016, after caring for my dad, who was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2000. I joined The Care Collection in January 2019, originally as a Carer, before being promoted to my current role of Compliance Coordinator in May 2022.
I oversee carer and client compliance, support new staff and ensure the service continues to run safely and to the highest possible standards. I am currently completing my Level 3 in Health and Social Care, which has been funded by the company. I am also newly qualified as the lead Autism and Learning Disability trainer.
My background is in education recruitment, where I spent over a decade building strong relationships and guiding candidates into roles where they could really make a difference. I bring that same people-focused approach to my work here and enjoy being part of a team that’s committed to providing outstanding care at home.
