They are kind and caring. And over the last month when our mother's caring needs have changed have shown flexibility and empathy. As well as advising us carefully on the best care for our mother. Thank you GGW Care.
Very kind carers who look after my father with personal care, organising medication, taking him to appointments and on regular walks outside which is the highlight of his day. Responsive to his needs.
We are honoured to be caring for your dad. He is a great man
The Agency goes the extra mile to provide care for my mother. They provide support with hospital appointments and any other request. No request is too difficult for them. They are also there to help in emergencies.
The Care Agency Registered Manager calls on my mother to ensure her needs are being met.
Over the past ten years GGW initially looked after my father and then lately my mother, we had full time live in carers during this period and I can honestly say that all the careers were first class, lovely people, the support they received from their office was also very good and always accommodated my parents wishes, you hear a lot of bad press about care companies, but we have no complaints and so pleased that we close GGW.
It was an honour to look after your parent. The carers learnt alot and was happy with their job.
The office is always open to speak with someone with any queries or change of arrival time due to appointments. They are always understanding of any alterations.
BeeAktive has cared for my mum since her hospital discharge in May 2020 following a fall/hip fracture. We would not consider any other agency. The double-handed support we get from BeeAktive is vital to enabling mum to remain at home, where she is bedridden, doubly incontinent, with Alzheimer's. Care at the sharp end, which is where it counts most, is excellent and this is reflected in their CQC rating, so don't be put off by the CQC overall 'needs improvement' rating at the time of this post. BeeAktive genuinely does listen (we had a couple of hiccups at the beginning which was completely sorted). We have continuity with 3 fantastic primary core carers 5 days a week and then BeeAktive rotate in from a small pool of secondary carers on the other 2 days, all of whom are excellent and slide seamlessly into caring for mum. I have gotten to know the key management team. They are supportive and genuinely committed to caring as a vocation, rather than purely for commercial gain.
