We have recently started using Haverhill Community Care Services for my mum. I was nervous about using a care company because as a family, we've been caring for Mum ourselves. But I can't fault this company at all. They have been professional, polite, kind and caring. They put my mum at ease from the moment they enter her home and they talk to her throughout their care routine. They make an effort with every family member they come in contact with and have all been such lovely caring people. I would 100% recommend this care company.

Haverhill Community Care improves the quality of life of my friend who suffers from vascular dementia, COPD, strokes, diabetes, and arthritis and now is on palliative care. Only with this care company`s sky-high standard of support I am able to fulfil this gentleman`s wish to remain in his own home until his time comes. Staff are friendly, flexible, respectful, competent, well trained, knowledgeable, and observant. Carers are often monitored by management. Use of the system is excellent, providing instant information for me about him wherever I am. They frequently update their assessment of my friend`s needs and carers are updated immediately. There`s a close bond built between them and my friend. Carers find numerous ways to cheer him up or to convince him into having things done. I can ask advice about anything, there`s always someone who knows. Haverhill Community Care goes beyond belief to help us every way even out of hours. I can contact them anytime. I can not praise them enough and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

P.S.: I don`t know the charge of the care but it is worth anything.

The care provided is professional, but with a personal and friendly relationship allowing my Dad to have the best quality of life that he is able to enjoy given his conditions. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for care needs.

The understanding from staff of her needs is exceptional and having Alzheimer's challenges the staff. They are not fazed by this and allow mum to act accordingly.
