Care staff have been great with my father helping him with dressing making meals and talking with him they have consistently provided him four visits a day, the staff have been friendly throughout many thanks
All members of the Juvenal 4 Care team were caring, supportive and professional - they treated my mum with respect and dignity and we were very happy and grateful to have them come into our home. Sincere thanks and appreciation.
We have been very happy with Mum's care with Juventa 4 Care. The Carers are always well-presented, friendly, kind, and cheerful and can be totally relied on to turn up for visits. They were diligent in letting us know when they had concerns about Mum's health, and when she needed medications or items replenishing. The Managers and office staff are very professional and polite, and contacted us, or called on Mum occasionally to check that all was well, or if they had concerns about medications or health. I always found them very accommodating if we needed to ask for any changes to be made. Thank you and best wishes to them all.
The quality care this company has provided for my mum is outstanding. Staff are polite, friendly and caring, and the property is always tidy and clean. I cannot fault the service they provide. A little improvement is needed with regard to communication with relatives and office staff. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
In the short time of having Juventa in the house, I can honestly say my husband and I are very comfortable and impressed by the friendly, care, support and professionalism of all the staff. They are respectful, empathic and understanding of our concerns and anxieties. And to other professionals, we have calling in on a regular basis. They are on time, tidy and smart in appearance when calling to carry out their duties. And any problems that should arise are handled effectively and respectfully by staff and management. I'm not afraid to ask for advice or help from anyone, and for me, as his wife, caregivers are extremely important to me.

At first, we had a few teething problems, but they have now been straightened out. Staff are nice and polite. Management was pleasant and nice to meet and will follow up if there are any problems and will try and sort it out in person, not just on the phone.
This company is a danger and a health risk, but I have been told by the council that there is no quick fix, trouble is I don't know how much more my health can take.
I also have a weekly shopping call and a weekly cleaning call so far they have attended 2 out of 5 for both. When you do get through to someone you just get blamed and fobbed off with false promises.
Overall care, very good. Carers are caring and considerate and always willing to help with little jobs such as picking up shopping and posting letters. Times of attendance at weekends are a bit late.
Expect am. personal care almost at lunchtime. Do not expect regular timings, even approximate. Expect carers to reside in your premises when you are not there. Maybe leave tea bags for them. Do not expect them to call you if the client is not indoors when they visit. They will just assume the normal. Do not expect to be informed of anything really. Glad I am not in receipt of substandard service.

Makes my life comfortable.
A well run company with professional management and staff who recognise that staff/client continuity is important for cohesion. Periodic contact with me and my mother to ascertain if/where improvements to her care can be implemented are very welcome and show commitment to her wellbeing. All in all highly satisfied.
Having the same carers is a good thing for me and the carers. This is of the most importance to me. I feel comfortable with the care I am receiving.

We have been pleased with the level of care provided. The carers have been professional and friendly and always reliable. They have provided all the support that was agreed and reported any problems. There have been some difficulties in communicating clearly with both the client and family members and it would be better if there could be more consistency of carers. All in all, thank you for your support at a difficult time.
Found the care provider to be excellent in all ways. Was very happy with the care received. Management and staff are excellent.
