My husband had Motor neurone disease, was on a ventilator and needed regular use of a cough assist machine with suction. He was fed entirely via a G-tube. He was very paralysed and needed hoisting. The carers were proficient in using the different ventilators, hoists, wheelchairs, cough assist and suction machine. They correctly cleaned and managed the G-tube to include feeding/administration of meds. They were very patient in helping him to communicate via his phone app. They supported me to ensure I was eating/sleeping properly. I had the utmost confidence in them and trusted my husband to their care 100%. They worked hard and became part of the family. The owner and manager were always responsive to my requests and were flexible to my husband's changing needs.
Key reasons to not use this provider:
- Not Turing up on time.
- Filling paperwork out with incorrect times and dates. Often stating they had been there longer.
- Poor skill set - unsure of what they needed to do and we had to give them reminder lists for basic tasks.
- Customer service that is lacking in any level of actual service
- Zero ownership for failures.

We have been very happy with the care the staff and the team have given my dad since he came home from hospital. The whole team has been so professional whilst continually being jolly and upbeat which has had such a positive impact on not only my dad but the whole family. We are very appreciative of the care and support we have received. Thank you to all involved in my dad’s care!
