It’s a worrying time trying to arrange care for elderly parents but my mind was set at ease when I first contacted the manageress at Heart to Heart for a chat about the possibilities. The wonderful thing is that we have two regular very kind and attentive carers, who we are really getting to know. My Dad, who needs help showering and getting ready in the morning, is happy to accept care from them both. Little things have made a difference for Mum, she was concerned about outside shoes on the carpet but all carers who attend now put shoe covers over their shoes, it’s attention to small details and adjusting to us as a family that is so important.
