with the ladies who visit her and also they sit and chat to her as well as doing the care required of them. The chats are very important as she does not have many visitors during the day. I have a very close relationship with the Care Provider, which makes it very easy for me to request any further help if required. The word "no" is not in their vocabulary and they will try to help to make life a little easier for me. This to me is a very important asset for me and my family.
I would be totally lost without them and so would my Stepmother.

Nothing is too much trouble, hearing her laughing and singing first thing in the morning is so heart warming. They treat her with care and so much kindness above and beyond anything I could have wished for. Mum is disabled and they manage to encourage her to do some things for herself in a way that Mum can manage.
Recently I’ve increased the hours of care as they are now assisting Dad with a few tasks he now has difficulty completing on his own, they help in a way that he still feels he’s independent.
They are always treated with kindness dignity and respect.
Not forgetting the office staff who are always helpful whenever I’ve needed to contact them.

They make sure he is safe when transferring and are happy to go at his pace, with patience and good humour. They have good common sense and suggest different ways of managing things which we both have never thought of doing.
There is tremendous banter and conversation, which my husband enjoys and his spirits are kept high by their engaging chat. They are also very good listeners! We couldn't imagine our lives without them and count ourselves so very lucky to have found this splendid Agency in April 2018.

Dad, who needs help showering and getting ready in the morning, is happy to accept care from them both. Little things have made a difference for Mum, she was concerned about outside shoes on the carpet but all carers who attend now put shoe covers over their shoes, it’s attention to small details and adjusting to us as a family that is so important.
