Hello there! It's a pleasure to talk to you today about my experience in the social care sector. I am the Director and also the Registered Manager of ICare Resource Limited. Aside from that, I am also a qualified social worker and nurse. I've had the honour of working in this industry for over 3 decades, and it has inspired me to develop a passion for encouraging and supporting vulnerable individuals and the elderly. My goal is to empower them to maintain their independence, either in their own homes or by regaining it through comprehensive support as a result of illness or other reasons.

My work has provided me with valuable experience in supporting individuals with various health conditions. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to obtain positive health outcomes for service users. Through personalised care planning, my team and I can promote the capabilities, choices, dignity, and self-esteem of individuals, which stimulates better physical and emotional well-being.

In addition, I am enthusiastic about staff development. I aim to provide them with the skills they need to deliver an efficient, high-quality, and personalised care service emphasising interaction and involvement.

Michael, our valued member of the team, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning almost 20 years. He is an expert in the field of adult social care with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to individuals with highly complex physical and mental health needs. Michael has been an integral part of our organisation for close to 7 years, and in that time has contributed significantly to improving the lives and well-being of those he works with. His deep understanding of the support required by vulnerable individuals is matched only by his commitment to achieving positive outcomes for those in his care. We are proud to have Michael as part of our team and look forward to continuing to deliver the highest standards of care, with his expert guidance and support.

Segi is an exceptional member of our team who serves as a Senior Care Worker. She has a pivotal role in ensuring that our Care Assistants maintain the highest level of competency in their work by conducting regular checks.

Additionally, she takes on the crucial responsibility of managing the on-call phone line and handles all emergencies involving customers and staff. Her expertise is highly valued in providing top-notch customer service.

Segi's dedication is evident in the extensive work she puts into reviewing the care requirements of our customers regularly. She ensures that all care provided is personalised and meets their unique needs. Segi's contributions greatly enhance our team's ability to provide compassionate and exceptional care to our customers. We are fortunate to have her on our team and appreciate her effort in making our services the best they can be.

Introducing Sunday John, Care Manager for ICare Resource Limited. With 14 years of experience in the care sector, Sunday assists with daily office operations in compliance with CQC regulations, supporting the Registered Manager and Operations Director for a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led service.

Sunday is a key contact for clients and their families, promoting wellbeing, and has a level 3 diploma in health & social care, with ongoing studies towards a level 5. Passionate about providing high quality and safe care, he also supports the care team's wellbeing having experienced the highs and lows of the carer's role.
