Icare services were brought into my family space in January 2019. They came at a time when I was in dire need of support and care for my severely autistic son with very challenging behavioural problems. It was like a rescue mission though with initial difficulties as expected. Since then till date they have been like a second family setup to mine. Hardworking group with a great deal of support and experienced team.

The carers we have are very good, and have a good bedside manner towards dad always polite and explain things to dad and what they are going to do.

The home care I have recieved has been really good. The carers have been so helpful, helping me with everything that I find difficult to do. I appreciate all the help that I've been given at this hard time that I have after my surgery

The Newham council connected me to this nightmare from 1st June to the 10 July. The carers and managers are terrible. Honestly, not a single good or competent person came out of that company. None of the carers could speak or understand English well. Most couldn't arrive on time or manage their time well despite (allegedly) being seasoned workers. Not once did they give me my prescriptions in all that time. Or even assist. They always "additional documents of confirmation from the GP to do it, needed to crush it one by one because the chemicals will mix and cause a reaction, or simply "no"". What on earth?! Even the gp says it mixed in the stomach and is alright. They say that to sound legitimate. They did immediately change their tune when I asked my social worker to remove them from my care. None of them were skilled at any anything more than asking me for help.

Thank you so much for the Icare team that have helped with my father for his care requirements. Quaja, the carer was extremely helpful and professional. We can tell he has a care of duty to the client which myself and my family really appreciate, especially my father who required being hoisted. Thank you to Dhruv who has excellent communication skills and kept me at ease when organising care for my father. Thank you for your hard work and we appreciate all that has been done for us. We will surly recommend your company to others that require additional care being elderly.

Very pleased with the care and support provided by my husband's carer. He is attentive and friendly. He is a well mannered young man who always goes above and beyond in the service he provides. He is a social person and makes sure to take the time to speak with my husband and give him extra support when needed. My husband's care needs and demands can vary from day to day and he can meet this with professionalism and ease. He is dedicated to his role and is always prompt to every visit. We thank him for his support and for being a great carer.

I have a sitting service three times a week. That's what I am very happy with as my caregiver is efficient, polite and friendly. The carers are given by the ICare and they take all comments for me very seriously if any issues occur.

My father has never felt as comfortable as he has with his carer who goes above and beyond to ensure my father's needs are met. My father and my family are more than happy with the care and support my father is receiving, this also helps me know that my father is well looked after and most importantly happy.

We've had a wonderful experience with ICare over the last year and a half, any issues have always been rectified as soon as possible, and my son has some of the best kind considerate carers that I have come across.

My daughter has had two carers for a number of years now. She is very happy with both of them. She likes consistency and we hope this pattern of care will continue. Very reliable and caring throughout, they looked after my father with a lot of thought and attention. It was very reassuring to know he was being looked after by people you could trust. So you could relax and not worry too much.

Outstanding care after receiving such an awful experience from another care provider. I dreaded another company taking over after my mother's discharge. It didn't start off well, upon discharge there was no carer present that day. We were informed by the hospital that the care package was confirmed and would start immediately. I called the office and spoke with the manager. We received a visit that night and, in an instance, it reflected the service to be different from other care providers. From my experience talk is normally cheap but in this case, it was almost flawless. My mother was assigned a few carers all superb with good care knowledge and all respected my mother's home and my mother. Are always polite and work without making my mother feel rushed. My mother herself was taken by surprise by the excellent care. I wish ICare all the best and hope they keep up the standards they have set about in delivering such outstanding care.

Excellent care and attention provided by all the carers within the team. Looking after a client with certain behavioural issues is very challenging on a daily basis but they are all so professional and caring and I really appreciate the fact they go the extra mile whenever an issue arrives. My aunt would not be able to stay at home without their support. The office team are also always on-hand to discuss any questions I may have.

Very good, really impressed with the high standard of care, great communication and wonderful out of hours support. They really go the extra mile. Management is awesome and the office staff are very present and actually listen, they really put my mind at ease. At last an agency you can trust for the most part.

The care staff from ICare are wonderful professionals. They have been providing care to my mother in law who has many complex needs and advanced dementia. They have been supporting us for over 3 years and they are wonderful, caring and trustworthy staff who go the extra mile to provide a professional service. Thanks to their amazing work my mother in law has been able to stay at home and with her family. We are able to work and look after our mum without too much worry.
