Cannot fault this service at all; Teasdale Healthcare is simply the best out there. Care provided by them for Mum is completely faultless, all carers are kind, caring, compassionate and really dedicated to what they do and are all clearly well-trained. All of Mum's carers stay the maximum time of each visit and nothing is too much trouble. Communication and updates with the office are outstanding, everyone I have spoken to so far is a wonderful example of how a truly devoted care company is run. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for how safe Mum is with the care you all provide for her.

Completely wonderful company, and looked after a family member until she recently passed away. Carers are simply fantastic, so caring and dedicated. They all loved my mum and all love working for Teasdale. Only ever sung the company praises and rightly so! They bent over backwards to go over and above in the care of my mum. Can't fault the staff or company and the office team are a godsend when you need anything or to talk, nothing is too much trouble. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a reliable and really outstanding care company with a passion for care and true quality service.

Let's take the care out of the provider! Poor management skills, especially the Director, extremely insensitive!!. They left an 87-year-old lady without health care - peg fed! My mother was completely in tears by the sudden drop of care! They passed her back to social care, no provider available at the moment so this left the daughter to have to take time off work to care for her mother! The daughter only found out by the social worker, they couldn't even advise the family what was going on! Everyone I've spoken to is appalled by their actions especially professionals. The reason being they are struggling to keep their staff, no surprise there for how it's managed.

Excellent, thoughtful and caring company. Looked after my mum for many months, her health has not declined and has stayed in tip-top shape thanks to the experience of the carers. She seems to do so well, we would be lost without them and my mum would have probably been in a specialist home by now if it weren't for the team. I can not recommend them enough, Mum loves them and looks forward to all their visits and we are always kept up to date with everything as well. Wonderful.

Fantastic, tirelessly hard working company and staff.

We recently lost my mum, it has taken me quite a few months to grieve and come to terms with her passing. I now feel ready to carry on with my life, and although she will be deeply missed, we all want to have some normality. One of the first things on my to-do list is to tell you about how wonderful this company were in caring for my mum, right up to the end. They have supported her for almost two years, and throughout this time none of us have a bad word to utter about them. The carers my mum had were outstanding, the care she received outstanding, what everyone in this company did for my mum, again outstanding. If my mum was still with me she would say exactly the same, and no doubt she will be watching me write this with a calm and content smile on her face as her last thank you to you all. God Bless.

Fab company, recommended to the highest of levels!

They look after my granny, she is always so happy with her carers, they are great, helpful, caring, kind and do a credit to all carers out there. Couldn't be happier with the service we have, my granny has got so much better in spirits since Teasdale Healthcare have been providing her care, she is now up and waiting for them to come in a morning to help her with a smile. Before she wouldn't get out of bed for anyone and we were really worried about her health and mental state declining. These guys have really helped turn her around, and we feel like she is happier than she has been in years. Thank you to all you lovelies at this fab caring company.

Genuinely dedicated company with some of the best carers.
Teasdale Healthcare looked after my father, the support, dedication, care and compassion that the company and carers showed to my father, our family and everyone involved with looking after him was over and above what we ever imagined a care company would be able to do. The carers that work for this company are beyond fantastic.

From our experience, the company is well run, organised and completely devoted to providing an outstanding quality of care to all those who use the services. Nothing is too much trouble, and as my father's health deteriorated, this company had the commitment to go over and above to ensure that everything was in place and ready for both us and him. Thank you to this company and their team of little angels out there caring for others.

Teasdale look after my mum, they are one of the best, if not the best care company out there who look after people in their own homes.

My mum has quite complex health needs and day to day requirements, the carers who look after her from Teasdale are fantastic, experienced and always professional. My mum relies on her carers as part of her everyday life, she trusts them implicitly and we have never been let down or disappointed by this company. They deserve this review for all the hard work and dedication that goes on behind the scenes to allow them and their carers to do such wonderful jobs the way they do supporting people who need and truly rely on care.

Keep up all the good work and thank you all... x

Fantastic care company, would not have any other company looking after my dad.
Teasdale are now the 3rd company who we have had look after my dad, who has Dementia.
We did have a few doubts about Teesdale, mainly after reading some older poor reviews on here and with their CQC rating. After speaking with the owner, our doubts were partially put to the back of our minds, as he was caring, genuine and clearly running the company for the right reasons.
Teasdale have been caring for my dad for over 4 months now and they are really genuinely great, my dad is well looked after by their care team, he has regular carers who he has a rapport with and who look after him with his needs.

All doubts about this company have gone. I cannot speak highly enough of their dedicated approach in this industry to getting it right. I now would not have any other company looking after him. Thank you to you all for all the hard work you do and for making my dad happy and himself again with his condition.

My mother has been receiving care from Teasdale Healthcare for over 6 months now, we can not speak highly enough of the wonderful team of care assistants who look after my mum, nothing is too much for them, and they all go out of their way to make sure she is happy and safe. I speak to the office staff regularly and have spoken with the manager a few times and the owner on a couple of occasions. They are all friendly, polite and courteous, all they wish is for my mum to receive the best quality of care. The owner is also very approachable and is a genuine and compassionate director. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for care for a relative, or for those looking for care for themselves. If you have the same experience as we have had, you won't be disappointed!

My first encounter with the Care Industry was when my grandmother, bless her soul, fell very ill in Sheffield. I used to go and visit her every week and help with her care whilst I was there. Eventually, she became too unwell, and she needed professional assistance in order to live her life as independently as possible. I saw the world of difference the Care Company and their Care Staff made to her, and I felt touched by the compassion of care shown.

It was at this point that our family realised we wanted to be able to provide the same compassionate, dedicated, caring service within our local community in North Staffordshire. Since then, my mother and father have retired, and I, together with Nichola, have taken over the Company. We believe we have the passion, desire and skills to become the Outstanding Provider of choice, and we strive every day towards this goal.
